Check-in staff member made extra effort and found us a room with a balcony. We had no trouble with items such as wifi, views, walking distances. Great location for car touring and excellent restaurants nearby. Comfy bed.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable.

Room size is large enough to accommodate a "dining size" table for room service orders. A microwave would have been a nice addition

Wifi was terrible. All you could do was access your emails & text messages. Mentioned problem to the front desk and they offered access to their staff wifi. It wasn't much better.

The room size and cleanliness

There are no outlets by the bed. Staff and guests were trying to gain access to my room at the crack of dawn. Which was scary for me it made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Housekeeping was also trying to gain access to my room even after having my do not disturb sign.. don't plan on sleeping in after 0700. The amount of noise and traffic makes it impossible

paid for "desert view" room which actually overlooked a hot tub and parking lot. Resort fees not appreciated if not using amenities. Slow service in restaurant.

The location was good. The pool and seating area out side the main lobby was excellent. The mother of all palm trees patrols the patio area.

Help was less than courteous. The food was average. Found a maid in our room when we entered. She did not have any cleaning supplies, the carpet was wet, and it felt very strange that she was in our room doing nothing. It was awkward and ruined the stay from the start

The grounds were beautiful. The space of the room was great, really enjoyed having the sitting area for 3+ people & the balcony. The bathroom also very spacious & great shower!! The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on! We arrived after dark and it is a huge property... the nicest gentleman who worked there offered to guide us to our room and helped with luggage. Good thing because the reception had written the wrong room number on our key. I felt like this resort was a good value for the area. Lots of good restaurants in the area & some shopping. Did not get to enjoy the resort amenities like pool or tennis courts.

Check in reception could have done a better job informing me on the resort layout, amenities, food options, etc. He did not give me any info.
