Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort - All Inclusive

Location wow. Our room overlooked the ocean. Huge balcony, private outdoor jacuzzi

The AC in the room wasn’t great. Granted it’s a loser property and was hot and humid outside. The only reason they got one 9 from us

I hated this hotel, I dont use that word lightly. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. My friends and I all got really bad food poisoning from this trash resort. The service was also terrible.

I hated this hotel, and I don’t use that word lightly. This was genuinely the worst experience of my life. My friends and I all got really bad food poisoning from this resort, which is completely unacceptable and honestly concerning.

This resort was severely misrepresented as all-inclusive. The food was disgusting, drinks were bad, and NOTHING was worth the price. Pools closed at 5 PM, no activities, and the outdated rooms made an overpriced stay miserable. I want a refund.

The staff is so friendly and wonderful literally at every location! And the resort is absolutely beautiful, cannot get over the landscape and the views.

It is a bit far from the airport so just be warned. The food this round was not like I remembered it. Both my husband and I had not so happy tummys for the majority of the stay. We didn't over eat or eat things outside of our normal palate...

Staff, View, Room, Overall Experience

I genuinely wanted to note that the Pizza and some of the food that was made in the market felt like it was made with very little effort but every other restaurant was 10/10

The price I guess

Food as I?d expect in prison. No flavor to ANY of it. Place needs an overhaul. left early and went to another hotel for the remainder of our stay. Bed was like concrete, shower wouldn?t drain. AC stopped working.

The facility was packed full of people everywhere you went. The ocean you can't swim in.

Seeing the ocean

The food was bad. Especially the bistro was the worst. La Frida- the upchsrge- wasn?t good either, my fish dish was gross. The room service coffee was spoiled. The lighting in the bathroom wasn?t working so we moved to another room. Broke too

The resort is massive and beautiful; it?s situated on the beach if you book a room that is off the beach.

I did not feel secure given staff came to upgrade security in my room and I was located in building 46 which is the outskirts of the resort.

Issues with bathroom toilet and shower. They also had a towel shortage.

Food was good and the employees work very hard

Constantly being harassed by time share sharks, long waits for rides from lobby area and restaurants and the amount of restaurants and pools that were closed and not communicated to us prior to arrival

The view, spa

Unorganized, check-in, system issues, unfriendly/unhappy/ rude staff(not all but especially woman in the pharmacy and men in jewelry store) - dirty linen, Bugs in room, room key rarely worked, wait time for transportation, tipping, no beach access!

Rooms are very spacious

Employee customer service. Too many things that are not included in an all inclusive hotel Spa was mediocre and overpriced Food was not great

Food and pools

Wait is too long for golf carts. Resort is not easy to walk around so you have to use golf carts

Everything es exceptional! Love the room, staff and everything else about it.

There was one minor thing. The Second Lady at the timeshare was extremely rude to us. She was Tania?s manager, I can not remember her name. She needs to be replaced. She is not a good representation of the Resort.

The hotel was more than I expected. The food was amazing the service was excellent. The hotel was stunning. Golf carts were always available. Gym is great.

My shower water was cold but not a deal breaker. I never called about it but I?m sure if I would have they would have probably switched our room.
