- I hated this hotel, I dont use that word lightly. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. My friends and I all got really bad food poisoning from this trash resort. The service was also terrible.
- The staff is so friendly and wonderful literally at every location! And the resort is absolutely beautiful, cannot get over the landscape and the views.

- I hated this hotel, and I don’t use that word lightly. This was genuinely the worst experience of my life. My friends and I all got really bad food poisoning from this resort, which is completely unacceptable and honestly concerning.
- This resort was severely misrepresented as all-inclusive. The food was disgusting, drinks were bad, and NOTHING was worth the price. Pools closed at 5 PM, no activities, and the outdated rooms made an overpriced stay miserable. I want a refund.
- It is a bit far from the airport so just be warned. The food this round was not like I remembered it. Both my husband and I had not so happy tummys for the majority of the stay. We didn't over eat or eat things outside of our normal palate...

I genuinely wanted to note that the Pizza and some of the food that was made in the market felt like it was made with very little effort but every other restaurant was 10/10
