Good location

No breakfast. Location excellent.
Lack of maintenance inside room.Shower curtan 8" too short. Water goes all over the floor.Bathroom fan inoperative.Roaches galore.Electric door lock requires lots of patience to succeed. Battery?Water flow in bathroom sink is 90% too low.Kitchen sink water spout is broken and must control tiny handle by hand.3-drawer cabinet is top-heavy and will fall forward if it has a heavy load in top drawer. Attach to the wall. Dangerous.All of these problem areas are easy to fix. Site needs a handyman to do small details.

It was a good location at a good price.
The so-called "courtesy officer" refused to open the office. This is at 8:45 pm. He said: "I don't do late check-ins".

I liked the location
The staff was rude. The door to the room we were staying in, stopped working. we were stuck outside in the freezing cold for over 3 hours while the staff halfway worked on fixing the door. My husband and I got the door open. We had to change rooms, the heater didn’t work, the dead bolt didn’t work either. Then our neighbors got into a fist fight with some random person and they broke our room window, I went down and told the staff and they made us leave at 6:00am the next morning. then they tried to charge me three different charges after we were gone, horrible staff

Great location for commuting. Good hot water.
There was domestic violence and police responding to various calls throughout the evening hours. Drug addicts offering drugs, dog poop left on the second floor walk way and not cleaned up. Vomit left on the stairs well for several days. Roaches in the room!

Overall the room was clean, with a good mattress, TV and bath.
It's a large motel that houses economically challenged people by the week/month. The guy who checked me in was surly and unfriendly.

The location near shopping and restaurants was very good. Price was excellent.
The room was much smaller than I expected. And no iron or ironing board made it difficult to get my clothes pressed efficiently.

No coffee maker. Not top sheets on the bed just a nappy threadbare comforter
