It's close to the falls itself

Staff are extremely rude ( young receptionist), rooms are outdated and need referb, there is no duvet covers , just bedsheet that "covers" duvet. Disgusting if you ask me. Everything apart from room is charged extra including park

The room smells bad and very outdated.. the beds hurts the back because the mattress is 50 years old or something.. very bad

The location, the waterpark and the staff ia amazing. My kids loved it.

The parking got full quick and they charge per night. Also it’s difficult to park in larger SUVs with such tight spaces

Prices were ridiculous and when although it is minor I called the front desk twice for towels and I’m still waiting

Bathroom floor was freezing

Workef to get all our rooms together.

We were disappointed with no control og the coutyards. Our rooms were around courtyard 4. Kids were running around yelling and screaming until 1030. Using the stairs and walks to chase each other. Parents were in the gazebo drinking.

Nice room, great staff, free parking. They played a movie for all the kids in the evening.

Rooms need updates. Bathrooms aren’t acceptable I found a pill on floor of our room! Close to the bed where my child slept!

There was NO AC FOR TWO FULL DAYS on my 4 days and 3 nights stay. Beside that everything was flawlessly!!

The view from the window showed a garbage filled roof, with a sign in front of window, so you could only see the back of the building.

Access to Waterpark and casino.

Parking

We were given a block of rooms at a courtyard, and they provided a movie night for the kids. It was a great experience for kids and adults!

Climate control in the room was non-existent. There was a thermostat but no fan on the heating or cooling unit. The room was quite warm. The bed was quite uncomfortable, very old by the feel of it.

Location! We came for the water park. This hotel seems the only choice we have, but this only choice comes in with the best location, large rooms, fair price and nice staff and turn out to be the best choice.

They did accidentally gave our room to another customer with the same last name (totally different first name). It is a busy labor day weekend, I can understand. We waited about half an hour in the lobby, and was compensite for it, so it's not that bad.

Leaving

Room was old, smelled very bad, definitely not worth ---/night. It is very deceiving, from the outside it looks like a good hotel. The rooms are horrible

Location

This hotel hasn't been updated in over 30 years, it's an absolute dump. Its location near the falls is great, but this was worse than staying at a Motel. 6 and parking is $20+.
