Forest Park Hotel

We were upgraded on arrival to one of the recently renovated rooms at no additional cost. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Beautiful design

Room had a construction trailer outside the balcony. But it wasn’t a big issue since we didn’t sit out there

The rooms are modern and have new tech

this hotel is the last one on the road... there were some items which were not clean - we had to ask for change in kettle as an example.

Great value. We've stayed here before, and we'll stay there again.

A handful of hockey teams were staying at the hotel for a tournament. A handful of kids were running the hallways and knocking on doors. Kids were being kids. It would have been nice had the hotel had an employee walking the halls, acting as a deterrent.

Nice interior design. Additional tissue was provided.

It was not about the hotel but the city was out of power. No electricity for the night we stayed from 4:00am til we left the town next day around noonish

The interior decor is retro cool. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room was large. Keurig and pods included was a nice surprise. The staff overall was friendly. The breakfast in restaurant was good (from menu) . Buffet was mediocre.

The pool area is sad. Very hot, small. I booked this hotel because it had a pool, and not even my kids would go in it. The room was located over the front entrance, facing the railroad tracks. It wasn¿t a noise issue. No parking at night when we retuned

Great location, good value

Atrium facing room didn¿t get much natural light and could be a little noisy. Outer rooms are preferable, but the inner rooms are more budget friendly.

room felt worn with some splashes on the wall by the luggage bench made me question if the other surfaces had been thoroughly cleaned. I felt a bit uneasy with COVID-19 and doubted the signage stating the room was wiped down

The lack of overnight staff to control noisy visitors. Breakfast was very expensive, no continental breakfast available.

Bath tub hot water facet was difficult to adjust for hot water temperature

Covid rules makes the whole hotel experience alil different these days with the hot tub and swimming pool closed ...the room.wasnt tidied up every day also so wasnt sure if that was part of the deal or jus misssd our room...everything is walking distance

Good location, lots of parking, free internet, friendly check-in staff and very helpful!

Below average food quality, slow restaurant service, window from our room faced inside the hotel so no natural light and rooms were just adequately cleaned (no clean smell or sparkle).

Probably the best hotel we've stayed at in jasper.

I didn't like that kids were only allowed in the pool until 8pm, when it remained open until 10pm for adults.

There is single reason to like this hotel.

Never staying again. Hugely overpriced. No Internet (unusable speed) during a weekday! Overcrowded and dirty pool, not even talking about hot tub. Poor selection of TV channels. Uncomfortably hard pillows. No view (you are facing a food court).
