- Beds were comfortable
- The staff was friendly and the area was quiet.
- Very helpful staff when checking in and airport transportation.
Cons -
- There was damage on the bathroom ceiling from an old water leak from the room above. Had someone in the adjoining room knock on the connecting door at 3a.m. They were not a part of our group. Scared us.
- The bathrooms were very dirty, and I saw a giant cockroach
- I paid for parking at Hilton Airport Hotel, but my vehicle was vandalized during my stay. Despite advertised security, I wasn?t notified about the incident. I?m dissatisfied in the lack of security and communication.
