location was very good
elevator was broken on one & other didn't work properly. Blinds in room were broken & wouldn't close, No comp breakfast.

Honestly - nothing. It was VERY disappointing at all levels. Hard to find, rooms not clean (I was even moved rooms), not well maintained AT ALL.
Cleanliness was deplorable! Stained linens on the bed, bathrooms not clean, dripping faucets, rooms smelled funny/off. Large Insect in my room! Maintenance of property in the rooms was beyond POOR.Had to even change hotels to the Aloft (MUCH BETTER).

I always stay at this hotel when visiting family in San Antonio. The property and rooms are always very clean and the beds are comfortable. Have never had a bad experience.
The hotel is well-maintained but is starting to show its age and could use some remodeling in the bathrooms. There was peeling wallpaper and ceiling damage.

We enjoyed waking up from a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed to go get a made to order breakfast that was incredibly delicious. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and we loved our stay.
