Pros +
- The staff was wonderful, they helped with cabs, umbrellas, directions. The turn down service was a pleasant surprise.
- The most picturesque place to stay with a fancy attention to detail.
- Staff were fantastic, location was great, and all the little extras (chocs at turn-down, mulled wine in lounge area etc) made for a wonderful stay.
Cons -
- I wish the air conditioner was colder.
- Room was a little small, but considering the price paid for such a central location it was not an issue at all.
- Nothing.
