- Fast room service
- It?s the finest hotel in DC. It?s pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for. And the location is exceptional!
- Their hotel staff are by far superior than I ever imagined. Assistant Front Office Manager at this prestigious hotel is simply amazing. She send a special birthday sweets and a lovely card. And assign me one of the best room available.
Cons -
- My room could have been cleaner. Black hairs all over the bathroom, candy on the floor under the desk and bed. The black cover over the door lock was broken and sitting on the mini bar.
- Bathroom sink only one faucet working and loose. No hot water. Valet parking not good. Called for car, half hour later car not ready and valet stated no one informed them to get the car.
- I went to eat at the restaurant and the food was bland needs more seasoning.
