The Willard had character and charm. The staff was great. The rooms were spacious and quiet.
The first room they booked us in was like a prison. There was just one round window that was six feet off the ground. It was like a cell in a prison.

Just about everything. The location is unbeatable, the facilities are excellent, and everything—from the historic charm to the elegance and cleanliness—reflects the highest standards. The staff were exceptional: warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. A special thank you to Natalia at reception and Hassan at the concierge desk—both were wonderfully helpful and made our stay even more special. We also want to acknowledge the gentleman at Café du Parc (apologies for forgetting the name) who provided outstanding service with such grace. We truly appreciated everyone’s efforts and look forward to returning soon!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! Spacious rooms and in a great location!
We could not seem to get the air below 70°, so the room was a little warmer than what we are used to.

Absolutely outstanding hotel, everything from the front desk to room service was perfectly done and customized. Historical building with old schools high-end service for VIP clients. Very clean, large and comfortable rooms, great location next to the White House and major sightseeings. I can put 10 starts from 5 and if possible.

The Willard would be one of the best places to stay in Washington. The room was great. Excellent location to the Mall and all the museums and other tourist attractions. Five minute walk to the White House and an easy walk to the Capitol Building. The hotel is a very ornate building, with beautiful features. Loved the Round Robin Bar and the staff that worked at the bar were excellent.
