My room view was nice!!

The price,the amenities,the whole experience was very disappointing!! I will never stay here again!!! 3.00 for a bottle of no frills water??? Unacceptable!!!

How close it is to everything I needed for my stay.

The room had a very strong body odor smell. I called the front desk to be moved to another room in the hotel but I was told there were no other rooms available. They offered to lysol but that was not an appropriate solution given the size of the room.

Location, cleanliness, comfort of the room/bed.

The receptionist was walking somewhere (assuming he was in the middle of something) and he saw me at the desk but didn't say anything like "I'l be there in a minute". When he helped, he didn't seem eager/happy either.

The concierge says we can text to communicate, but their communication skills via texting is rude. What’s the point of doing texting if you upset people?

The hotel restaurant was subpar to the price we paid for the food. We ordered from the restaurant to be delivered it room but no condiments were provided, directions for how to prepare food was not followed and taste was bland.

Great location for Arlington, VA and visiting Roslyn area.

We paid extra for the buffet breakfast and were very disappointed. Day one was good--omelet station, fresh fruit, pastries, etc. Day two left us hungry-no eggs, no coffee, no fruit, no yogurt, no money back! Don't book this extra!

Staff are courteous and the location is excellent for those going to visit Georgetown University.

For late-night check-in two queen beds were not available, The staff did arrange extra room for the teen but make sure to call in if you have a late check-in.

The 10 minute wait for room inspection upon checkin at 5PM when checkin begins at 4PM.

Location is fantastic.

To park, there is a $45 mandatory valet fee, but you can park in the same garage as a member of the public for $35 a day. It used to be that you could self park here, and I¿m frustrated that it changed.

Room was very clean, nice view of the city. Staff was professional and not fake.Price was good ans alot good restaurants within walking distance.

Location is great and parking was integral.

Clean the nightstands and counters more thoroughly. Everything else was fine.

Rosslyn location is excellent.

There was some sort of school group on our floor with students who were really noisy.

Decent property and great location.

Pillow sheets were stained, no real quality food options on site, paid for overnight parking which was never working. Always had to call the desk to wait for someone to open. Probably won't ever stay there again.

The staff were so helpful and pleasant. Spent time with me answering questions, etc. Completely explained activities, times and dates. Even recognized me when I returned later in the day. Hotel thought of so many little things to make the stay easier

Price.

The location is fantastic and was central to everything I needed to do while visiting the DMV. The staff is delightful.

Please bring back the standard daily housekeeping services. The additional parking fee should have been disclosed in the booking and wasn't listed. The pillows on the bed were flat and hard.

The location is ideal for dining, transportation, parking, and quick access to Washington, DC.

The $50.00 USD authorization placed on My credit card, even though the room was pre-paid/fully paid.

The linens and beds were very, very comfortable, and I loved the decor. The location was also excellent for someone who wanted easy access to DC and Arlington Nat'l Cemetery. Nice restaurants within walking distance and street parking available.

We stayed on the 10th floor, and still the road noise in the south side room was audible. Also, the shower did not get as hot as I would have liked, though this issue was successfully addressed by the staff after the first morning.

Service is good

I am not able to sleep properly due to fur came out of mattress, I have requested front desk to change sheets and which they did later in the morning. Service is good but I do not like the discomfort and unable to sleep total night.

Very clean! We specially enjoyed the bartender!

The double Queen room is very small. The toilet seat kept slipping

They didn¿t put a sheet on the beds, just the duvet cover. They gladly gave us a sheet when we asked though
