- The price,the amenities,the whole experience was very disappointing!! I will never stay here again!!! 3.00 for a bottle of no frills water??? Unacceptable!!!
- The friendly staff, especially at the front desk.
- The receptionist was walking somewhere (assuming he was in the middle of something) and he saw me at the desk but didn't say anything like "I'l be there in a minute". When he helped, he didn't seem eager/happy either.
