- The receptionist was walking somewhere (assuming he was in the middle of something) and he saw me at the desk but didn't say anything like "I'l be there in a minute". When he helped, he didn't seem eager/happy either.
- The hotel restaurant was subpar to the price we paid for the food. We ordered from the restaurant to be delivered it room but no condiments were provided, directions for how to prepare food was not followed and taste was bland.
- We paid extra for the buffet breakfast and were very disappointed. Day one was good--omelet station, fresh fruit, pastries, etc. Day two left us hungry-no eggs, no coffee, no fruit, no yogurt, no money back! Don't book this extra!

Location, cleanliness, comfort of the room/bed.

Great location for Arlington, VA and visiting Roslyn area.
