Location, clean rooms
I had to explain every day that my breakfast was included, but I still ended up being charged for breakfast. It was only at checkout that I was able to get the money back.

Location and convenience of parking garage in basement. Staff was great. Plenty of eating locations nearby.
No hand soap per my wife (but we did have facial soap).

Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for my needs.
A/C is not great, it will cool but takes a couple of days to get down to 70. Fridge in room did not work. Credit to the staff for quickly switching it out. Hotel is simply older. The staff tries but some updating would go a long way.

Great location and safe to stroll around!
Our room was next to an elevator, could hear the swooshing all night and day. And the bed was oddly placed in the room. It’s the first thing you see when you open the door. Shouldn’t it be usually the tv/table when you open the door?
