I came there for a dance convention. The bed was excellent, but the bathroom was awful. The pipes made loud noises throughout the day and night. It was very annoying and even a bit scary. I was disappointed because it felt like the staff member purposely gave us that room, especially since I know that particular room had been blocked for me. What a coincidence. I felt targeted and didn’t want to complain.

I felt targeted because when I arrived early, the gentleman at the front desk told his manager that he had blocked that specific room for me. Unfortunately, the room was horrible, aside from the bed being very comfortable. I chose not to move to another room because I had already settled in, so I didn’t report the awful noise coming from the sink. However, there is no way the front desk was unaware of the issue. Just by looking at the sink, it was clear there were plumbing problems.The staff throughout my stay were polite, and I appreciate that. I was simply offended that this room was assigned to me. Please ensure the plumbing issues are resolved before booking this room for another guest.

The bed was absolutely fabulous! I was exhausted after a lame half flight and took a hot bath and slept like a happy rock. There is almond milk available for coffee and tea in the morning. I saw pictures of a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi, but I was too tired to put my bathing suit on!

I wanted to put some powdered creamer in my tea in the morning and the chemical stuff they provide is really gross. The first ingredient is hydrogenated, corn syrup solids!
