- Location!! Staff very friendly and helpful, Spa and Athletic facilities great, quality breakfast buffet (not included but amazingly good.) Wait staff very nice. Hotel and rooms beautifully decorated and clean.
- I love the food, service, the cleanliness of the hotel, the atmosphere and the amenities.
Cons -
- Food, old elevators, dated rooms, too crowded, slow service, too loud.
- Re: breakfast (7a asked if could sit in main room with windows, hostess said 'no'.. not unless more in party. 100% of the main room tables were unoccupied. I was seated at a 2 top next to a couple less than airline legroom away. Awkward w empty room.
- The hidden fees, like valet and over priced spa.
