I liked it before.

I was charged $13.74 because they found 3 pieces of chocolate lost from the mini bar. And I was the last guest. I explained that I didn’t take anything from the mini bar as before. But it was not accepted.

Racist against Aboriginal people and lie alot. If your Aboriginal my sent the wrong emails with the date incorrect and don't clean your room or replace anything in the room I had to wash the sheets and towels myself cost me about $20 and I talk to receptionist and the manager said he kick me out for telling the receptionist woman about this and the pay tv mainly does work that only if your Aboriginal and I am disabled to. I wreck amend to never stay here.

The staff came in your room went your away and steal some of your stuff like fruit juice and body wash. And other things to. Most of the pay TV does not work for me. The receptionist lie and sent incorrect emaisl for the dates you are stay. If your pay at the receptionist you don't get a email. If you complain to receptionist the receptionist and the manager say you are abusive to them. And tell you they will kick you out if it happens again so you can't complain about there discrimination against you. Don't clean your room they did once but I had to ask the cleaner to vacuum my room. Never had my change the sheets. Or restocked the tea coffee or toilet paper. They don't do all this to all the other people staying here. Like with the pay TV. I am Aboriginal and disabled. And the receptionist lie alot. To would advise to stay here. I been here for at less 4 to more nights. This hotel is low level. I don't back down to people like this so I am here for a few more nights. Don't bother trying to report stolen stuff to police link there racist to against Aboriginal people.

This hotel is great value for the room you receive. When we checked in, the lady in reception was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room is a good size. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. We faced Goondoon St and our room overlooked the gardens in front of the building. There was no street noise and we had a lovely breeze into our room. So happy with our choice.

Great location for the Entertainment Centre. Reasonably well appointed.

Firstly, you need to know what you are getting yourself in for. It is not located near anything useful. Although it is in the CBD, the CBD doesn't not have anything in it - no shops, little food, no resources, nothing touristy. I was there for work, so the site suited me perfectly. Bit, I arrived after hours, and there was no access to food. Fortunately, I had a car so I could go out looking, but if you arrived by taxi, you may have found dinner to be challenging.

The lifts were a little old but the sign saud they were upgrading.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the . Modern bathrooms, super comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The cafe downstairs didn't quite get my breakfast order right.

Run down, dirty and really only for a single night stay. Very small pool and not deep at all.

Perfect for a 1 night stopover for the 3 of us. Wouldn't want to b there for a holiday as quite confined for the 3 of us. Was very quiet. Close to food outlets. Easy parking.

Comfortable bed. Good location, walking distance to many attractions. Rocksalt restaurant was fabulous.

While the spa tub was very nice, it does take a while to fill. Worth the wait though.

Restful night sleep after long day working

During reservation asked for a view with ocean and on arrival they didn't have a room available.

The hotel is ideally located for access to the main Street, restaurants, services and local attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. Close by restaurants have charge back facility if needed. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable and quiet.

location and bed. Lots of food options. Washing facilities were good need to have coins. Also Free car Parking at property and close to woolies.

Price. At the time was highly booked out.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our stay, close to cafes and restaurants. Very quiet.
