Pros +
- The bed was comfortable and the pillows were very soft and fluffy. Staff was accommodating where possible.
- Location was good. Staff professional and friendly.

Cons -
- I found stains on the sheets, including when I asked for a fresh set and changed the bed myself. Breakfast was lacking selections, and there was a lot of yelling/screaming from other guests, up to 3am which is when staff finally stepped in after multiple people reported.
- There was a bad smell to the as well no clean linen bed was not comfortable squeaked hallway had food on the floor all night
- I found the room to be extremely dirty. There were holes in the furniture, hair on the sheets… not even sure they were washed. Outlets were very loose. The TV kept tripping the breaker on the power strip. It smelled very strongly of smoke in a non-smoking room. The bathroom was also fairly dirty.Breakfast? Very sparse. Eggs and sausage cold. Finally found water at the check-in counter. No tea or hot water. (I can't drink coffee.)
