Hampton Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt

This hotel room was gross, gross, gross. Painted over mold, ceiling chipping away, smelled like mildew, bed sank way down in the middle, fridge did not work- was warm.

The cleaning people opened my door and just walked in this morning. Didn’t knock or anything . Just walked in. I reported that incident to front desk. Breakfast was horrible. Chicken sausage

Relative close proximity to downtown, price, free Breakfast.

It’s a bit dated, but clean.

Early morning Tuesday clerk was not friendly.like he hated being there.we interrupted his phone time as we were greeting him as we left for airport.didnt want him to kiss our assistance but a simple greeting would have been nice

It was close to my destination.

The tub was absolutely disgusting. Dirty and moldy. Bed mattress was sunk in the middle which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Paying to park in their parking lot is horrible. 70 dollars is outrageous. Price needs to be listed in big letters.

I liked the breakfast the King bed room upstairs and the staff was friendly and helpful

The noise level was a little loud and the bathroom in my room was having issues with the tub and the toilets.

From the non greeting I got walking in to the abismal room, it was terrible. The shower had hair in it and on the body wash bottle, the towel bar fell off of the wall (I have video), and the faucet surround was loose, so the temperature did not work well.

Very outdated. Water leek in the bathroom. Outlets not near mirror in the entry way.

It was extremely dirty and run down for $---- a night. Carpets, walls, furniture, elevators were a ll visibly dirty and battered/ broken with automatic doors squealing. Just very very filthy and lacking maintenance everywhere.

I booked 2 room with 2 queen beds. There were none available so we had to take two rooms with 2 kings. Disappointed.

Tried to charge me 25 dollars parking when you published it was free. They also stopped running a shuttle and you published they had one..no bueno

The location is good. Breakfast is free and delicious- Staff is excellent! Great value for the price ?

all of the electrical outlets in the room were worn out. We could not get any of our devices to charge they do not mention that parking is a extra $30 a night.

parking is tight.Hotel was great but the guy at the reservation department couldn't understand what I was saying then laughed at me

Parking fee and the bed. One of the beds was about to crack and made a sound while moving on the bed.

System.was down, had to manually check in and was not timely. Had to wait and we where only in Nashville 1 day so kinds sucked.

The price was right.

We were disappointed by the condition of the hotel. We had a leak over our toilet where literally water would drip on us as we were using the toilet. We asked to get it fixed or move rooms, and we were never accommodated.
