Review summary
The hotel reviews reflect a mixed sentiment, with several guests appreciating the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the excellent and safe location near downtown and various amenities. However, cleanliness issues were frequently mentioned, with reports of musty smells and dirty bathrooms detracting from the overall experience. While some guests praised the friendly and helpful staff, others expressed dissatisfaction with the service and overall value, suggesting they might not return unless prices were significantly lower.

Great location, nice room, comfortable bed.
NO Water pressure. We were going to stay a second night but canceled our extended stay due to the water pressure slowed to a drizzle while attempting to shower. Confronted the front desk and was told it was because too many people were trying to shower at the same time. After questioning 5 other people staying at the hotel they told me this had also happened the previous three days. Very disappointed feeling taken advantage of due to it wasn't disclosed as a continuing problem. I will be following up writing a formal complaint to Hampton Inn.

Friendly helpful staff.
I didn’t realize that I had to pay to park in the parking lot. I had a new phone and was having trouble with some messaging so I wasn’t able to use the parking app. The front desk staff was helpful and took care of my parking for me. After a long road trip to deal with a stressful family emergency, the kindness and assistance was greatly appreciated.

Location, proximity to downtown, parking onsite, restaurants close by, easy in and out from the interstate. Great mattresses. Great breakfast. Less expensive than most places in the city.
Nothing.

Convenient and beautiful location. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean, coffee good.
Multiple ice machines out of service and signage indicated this has been the case for some time. Tub drain very slow. Elect receptacle worn out/loose.

All staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was comfortable and rooms were clean.
Prices of pop, etc from their little store. 6+$ for a beverage is ridiculous!

The staff members that we met were very nice. The location is great.
The building is due for a remodel or at least our room. The air conditioner turned off and on every 10 minutes throughout the night and it was not quiet. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were tired and the pillows were in even worse condition. The sheets felt like sandpaper. Overall, the room was dated and not at all like the photos posted. The shower had great water pressure and the environmentally friendly soaps and shampoo was a nice touch.
