Location was ideal for proximity to downtown area.
Room amenities and cleanliness. Customer service was not the best. Bugs in my bed and room.

The hotel was very nice, very clean, very quiet! Some hotel staff were very friendly & approachable. There were a nice variety of breakfast options. Excellent location - safe and close to everything

Location was good. A good amount of eateries in the area. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The front desk person let me have a late check out cause I had a five hour drive after working my shift.
I only stayed there to sleep. I worked twelve hour shifts. So not much time for anything else.

Staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating. When there was an issue with our room. Breakfast was very good too nice surprise of seeing a chocolate waffle as an option with the other hot food choices. Maddy was very nice both days at the front desk.

The location was perfect for the reason of our visit. Staff was friendly. Water pressure was great!
Our neighbors slammed their door multiple times in the middle of our first night. The gym felt a bit cramped and claustrophobic.The water dispenser was empty.

Comfortable room, reasonable breakfast, happy people.
The system could not find my reservation, which the hotel had confirmed to me in an earlier email, and then it took 25 minutes to check in. Also, and more importantly, our room and the hallways around our room absolutely reeked of marajuana.
