There was commotion in another room for over an hour that staff did address.

According to them, Priceline overbooked and I did not get the room I ordered.

The guy who checked us in very nice

We left after one night because of the manager who bold face lied to us about a situation at the hotel it’s a long story

I've had one issue in the last 6 months and that was of no fault of staff the boiler went out and didn't have hot water for a day

The A/C did not very well front vents one was missing you could see how dirty it was inside the filters have been changed for awhile so we did use it. The bath tube had bad stains in it.

Everything about the hotel was disgusting and it was filthy. The breakfast was bland as disgusting. Broken light switch rust in the tub stains in the couch, broken drawer food stuck in the freezer, broken air conditioner, dust everywhere, and bugs.

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was mold on the bathroom walls, other people's hair in the bathroom (on the shower wall, in the sink), and the duvet cover had dirt and marks on it that weren't stains but signs they did not wash it.

Nothing. It was horrible!

The Mgr. almost became violet and I stepped on a staple that went into my foot, made me bleed, bugs in the pillows!!

All entrance doors locked weren't there anyone could come and go, staff left and no one was there for close to 2 hours and there was multiple people who ne ded assistant finally a maintenance man came to assist refrigerator and air conditioner worked

The staff was friendly the breakfast was really good and the bed was very comfortable.

The cleaning people missed some trash in the room and the bathroom trash. Overall the room was clean though.

Mattresses and breakfast was goid

Refrigerator was dirty AND there was a roach climbing the bathroom wall

Spacious room

Major roach infestation. I was moved from one end of the building to the other and still had lots of roaches!

I arrived there feeling great, left feeling sick due to what I believe was mold in the hvac unit in the room. Also, the hot tub still isn't operational after over a year.

Breakfast attendant was very thoughtful and friendly

Room was fine, common areas were a little dirty

It's quiet and cannot hear other guests

It's very dirty and outdated. Stained linens, smells funky and everything is very old. Lots of areas need repair. It's a dump for sure.

The room had obviously been cleaned about halfway, im guessing maybe a month ago. When there's a spiderweb in the tub, and the spider is dead? Pretty gross overall, and i wish it were just the tub.

Hot tub was out of order. Beds did not seem like queen sized beds but rather double beds. Breakfast ran out of food. Odd smelling hotel.

Housekeep just knock quietly and entered the room and front desk service was rude. Didnt even greet or welcome with a smile.

Literally nothing

Hot tub broken, pool cloudy, hazard puddle in elevator, lice, no mattress protector, dirty blankets, blood on sheets, exposed wires STILL HOOKED TO POWER,not enough towels for a 5 person suite, must exchange towels for new ones, hateful desk staff & more

Location, coke machines

Need fans in bathroom, smelled of stale smoke, stains on carpet and curtains, no blankets for couch bed, had to have room key reprogrammed every day.

The Wifi actually worked well; I even taught an online class from my hotel room, which is something I have not been able to do at other hotels. Also, the staff was great -- very friendly and helpful.

The "Business Center" was down while I was there, and even if it had been functioning, there was no way to print from a USB drive or to make photocopies.
