- Hotel staff do not reply mails . After checking out from the hotel I realized I forgot my headphone in my room and even though I emailed twice and called they do not respond me
- Convenient to the airport for a partial night of sleep; clean and comfortable; staff was helpful calling cab for early morning take off. Shuttle for arrival was helpful.

- It was further from airport than I expected. On map, I thought I could walk, but it's not walkable and there aren't food options around. The hotel restaurant selection seemed very limited. Luckily the hotel store sold basic food/drink to get by.
