Shuttle to/from airport. Great room and very affordable.

Fridge never worked

Very friendly staff, let me check in earlier than normal. The restaurant is great. The beds are on the better side. The room was mostly very clean.The building is old and it shows. Still the room's interior was nice.

The rooms have no soundproofing at all towards the upper floor or hallway. If you are a sensitive sleeper, you won't like that. There's some mold in the shower.The fridge didn't seem to work. Light turned on but it didn't cool.

Air conditioning is bad. Can’t cool the room only warm it. You need to keep walking up to open and close windows. Staff hospitality is mediocre at best.

Location, breakfast and Wifi

Great restaurant, transfer bus, good breakfast, very comfortable beds, helpful staff.

Some things at room are a little out of date or not cleaned good or not working (stains on curtains, both bed lights didn’t work, shower with broken head etc.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Close to the airport and the main train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. There was also a free shuttle from the airport which was very helpful. Would recommend.

Shuttle with punctual and friendly driver to and from the airport. Quiet room even though the room was close to the elevator.

Great location for travelers from and to terminal 1. For terminal 2 is not as close but still convinient with that shuttle service. The room was small but clean, nice and tidy. Personnel nice and approachable. Perfect place for overnight stay

The hotel offered a very good price–quality ratio. The sauna and gym were really nice and well maintained. Although the rooms were small, they looked modern and clean. The free shuttle bus was very convenient and easy to use.

The line at the reception was quite long, which made check-in slow. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, as there were not many options to choose from. In addition, I did not get a room with a bath, even though this was promised during booking.

It is close to the airport and has a free shuttle bus, that runs ever half hour. But queue up early as it gets full! Very nice and reasonably priced restaurant on site, with a small store for snacks or other needed items. Very nice and responsive staff 24 hours.

Comfortable to say the least.

Wasn’t provided any bathing wash cloths and toothbrushes. The air conditioning did not work at all and we were given fans to supplement. The refrigerator wasn’t kept cold only light cold.

Hotel was good, breakfast excellent, decent price.

We chose this hotel for the shuttle service. However, we could not use it because the service hours started at 5:00am and we had to leave at 4:00 am to catch our flight. Also both terminals should be serviced not just terminal A.

Close to the airport, free shuttle service, clean room, very comfortable bed

Hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with great shuttle service. Room is very nice, liked the coffee pod machine. Very clean. Breakfast buffet is great.

The food selection in the restaurant was quite limited as they apparently were down on one chef, so probably nothing they could have changed.

Good value for money, ok for overnight staying near Frankfurt airport. Shuttle connection very useful
