Breakfast was skimpy.

Nice facility with a good breakfast.

Coffee maker in breakfast area was out of order the whole stay.

Night auditor was great.

Breakfast was a little limited, but okay for the nightly rate.

The staff was excellent and the equipment in the room performed well.

The brand of coffee, the sandalwood amenities and the sticky carpets. Not enough food presented for breakfast.

Toilet didn’t flush (no water in the tank), but staff member came and fiddled with it. We managed for the one night. Also, hotel needs to add body wash dispensers by the sink and especially in the shower!

The free breakfast was a joke. Waffle machine was broken, eggs looked like they were premade and old, so I went next door to Cracker Barrel

The room smelled odd. After we’d gotten settled and took off our shoes, we could tell the carpet was damp. There was a dehumidifier in the hallway, so we were assuming humidity. The breakfast was minimal (and the waffle maker was broken).

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. The Front Desk guy the evening we checked in was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and included everything you could possibly want. The morning staff was also very friendly.

Cleanliness and competency of staff. At check we were given a room already occupied by a guest who had been there for weeks.

Shower drain not adequate. Caused water to cover entire bathroom. Staff said I should just wipe up.

The room had big water spots on the ceiling and they had it tape the bed spread had cigarettes burn holes and the floor around the bathroom was really sticky

The toilet flushed kind of slow. Maybe have a plunger in the room. It always did flush though.

The bed was soooo comfortable. I never sleep well and usually wake up sore in similar rated hotels but I slept all the way through the night (which I never do even at home) and woke up relaxed.

The vending machine was out of order. Not really a complaint but my husband does love using vending machines in hotels (weird quirks, I know). He was a little bummed out until we got to our room and saw how beautiful and clean it was.

Fresh and clean, comfortable bed and everything we needed.

All good, and I'd stay there again.

Felt bad for the gal working the breakfast, front desk and phones at a busy time.

Too noisy, walls and doors paper thin. You can hear everything at 2:30 am when people walk and talk down hallway. Breakfast always needed refilling with basics and there weren¿t any more than 5 people having breakfast at a time
