- It was quiet, heating unit worked well and the bed was comfortable.
- Good location!!
- Great customer service upon arrival.Bed was comfortable, heat and AC unit worked well. Room was fairly clean.
Cons -
- Only one bar of soap, short on towels and cups, the refrigerator needs defrosting, there were some type of bugs that looked similar to ants, and the room could use a thorough cleaning.
- Toilet in room 117 was loose. Shower was very slippery.
- We were on the 2nd floor. The room was really outdated, entrance light to the room did not work. A television guide was left in the room, however, we didn't have the channels, remote control buttons were not easy to push at all unless you were a strong arm. Overall, the room could have used a little TLC.
