- Reception was so nice. The inside was so clean and the waterfall beautiful!

- The hotel food
- Air condition system was not working in the room. Pool area was not what I expected. The thermostat was broke for Jacuzzi I couldn't relax.
- I didn?t like broken elevators, phone not working in room, and a hote supervisor at the front desk laughed at me as I walked away when I voiced my concerns. In addition my room was clean when I arrived and cleaned nicely by housekeeping.
