Everything was great during my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. I really appreciated being able to check in early, especially with the cold weather. The location was excellent, right in downtown and close to everything.
Breakfast was okay, though the options were a bit limited. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and will definitely come back on my next visit.

friendly staff, very clean, wonderful breakfast, great beds, quiet, clean bathroom, parking was located in a good place, wifi was good, hallways was lite good, staff was very helpful and polite , it was easy to find

The restaurant and bar staff were lovely and the hotel is nice enough and the location is great
All.of the above is spoiled by the appalling reception staff, I interacted with 3 of them and 2 were absolutely rude and clearly did not want to be there, the lady in the morning on check out was fine. To the larger gent, you clearly are not a people person your in the wrong job.

Only a 10 minute walk from the theatre we had tickets to. Also close to shops and food

The hotel was into a great location. The room was big, comfortable bed and clean. Free access to the gym and pool. Restaurant next door has great food. Breakfast has a fee.

Great location. Affordable compared to other downtown hotels. Bed was super comfortable and pillow options were great!
Breakfast ends at 10am, just wish it went a bit longer.
