Love the pool, that’s always a hit! Love the location, close to the riverwalk and downtown. Great place, yummy breakfast! Will definitely be back!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff was great. Location is perfect.

we arrived at 4, check in time, we were told our suite, which we booked in January was not ready because some Bonvoy member was in it. They wanted to put us into a room for the same price but with no view, and I booked this room in January! The Valet is very hard to work, no ramp for luggage, on a busy street instead of at the side of the hotel where this a great spacious driveway with a ramp. Getting our luggage down the steps was not fun.

Rooms are spacious. Amenities are plentiful. Service staff always ready and willing to help with any matter. Beds are super comfy. You almost don't want to leave the hotel to go explore and just relax in the hotel. Live Jazz band on Tuesday was a bonus.

The bed and linens felt like sleeping on a cloud. Staff went above and beyond to be friendly and welcoming

The pool deck requires you to utilize their towels and cabana bar; no outside food or drink, or even insulated cups, which was inconvenient (and expensive).

1) The elevator situation is horrendous. 10-15 min waits to get down/up elevators. 2) Rooms with adjoining doors... We could hear the actual conversation of the people next to us. 3) Valet had people waiting for 15-20 min because cars were stuck in gara
