The pool was nice and front desk staff very nice didn't use pool as had to deal with stairs to our room due to broken elevator no grab bars in shower either very disappointed

We are seniors with medical issues - Room was on 2nd floor elevator was out of service. according to guests it had been out for 10 days. Told it would be fixed in the am - we were 3 nights still broken couldn't get out much as stairs were too difficult

We requested a wheelchair-ACCESSIBLE bathroom. The king size bed was blocking the entrance to the bathroom and was NOT acceptable. The manager was unwilling to listen to our solution. (Move the furniture) WE CANCELLED AND WENT TO ANOTHER RESORT.

Last minute booking - it was good for the price. Only thing they could add would be air conditioning, USB charging, and more hooks / hangers.

My kids would say the pool and hottubs (which yes I enjoyed as well)! Also I loved the walkway around the water and the common BBQ available for use and the hottub overlooking the water!

Not very close to any other facilities and room itself had some issues - Jacuzzi jet-like loudness and rust on the bottom.

The grounds are amazing, there are good amenities on the grounds too

NO HOUSE KEEPING, Room was not made up, limited to 2 plastic micro glasses for whole stay. Limited coffee supplies. Hot tub was a cold tub

There was no AC and it was hot af.

The size and location of the property was good.

The room wasn’t very clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom door didn’t latch closed even after maintenance checking the door. Not enough staff to freshen up the room each day I was there. Staff doubled booked another couple to my room on the second night. Hot tub inside the pool area was broken down and the staff couldn’t give clear answers as to when it was going to be fixed. Staff didn’t tell us the hot tub wasn’t working when we booked the room.

Great indoor and outdoor hotubs, nice sauna and pool. Restaurant had great food and good service. All the staff were pleasant and very attentive.

Drinks / cocktails at the restaurant could have been better. Rooms were cute with a nice view but sofa bed was more like a single person cot and was not clean. Property is not on the Ocean as it may appear in pics.

The property was nice with a good layout near the ocean. We could walk around which was nice given we had our dog with us.

The room had an exceptionally strong smell of cleaning chemicals. It was overwhelming.

Could you please have just regular cremo for coffee i am allergic to all flavoured creams. Suxked I had to leave resort for coffee in the morning

I have stayed at Pacific Shores many times over the years and felt it was really worth the price. The staff was helpful, although some units are older they were comfortable and clean. The property is typically amazing with a great location.

This past stay was unexpected. I waited hours for Highway 4 to open due to a fatal accident, and finally, after 5 hours, I decided to book with Pacific Shores to try and get some sleep since it didn't look like I was going to make it home due to the highway closure.The room was outdated, which is fine except I hadn't planned on being away from home more than a few hours and I only had my charger cord for my cell and there were no options to plug that in in the room. The carpet had a bad odor, and the bed was very squeaky. Then, at 10pm, the power went out, and I couldn't find a flashlight. I was on the third floor and felt uncomfortable. Highway 4 finally opened, and at 11pm, I decided to leave as I didn't want to stay in a hotel room without power. My phone was only at 1%, and if I drove, I could charge it with the cord I brought.I went to the main desk to ask for even a partial refund, but the reception was not helpful and not friendly. I felt ignored by the resort. I know it is not the fault of the Resort that the highway was closed, that I had limited resources with me for more than a few hours away from home and that there was a power outage. The overall issue was the lack of support and communication, and I did not feel I was provided with any customer service or even human compassion for the situation. This stay cost me about $250 for a shower in an old tub and to watch part of an old movie on a squeaky bed in a smelly room until the power went out.

Location close to the water and away from the other resorts. Nice amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool.

It’s a bit older and the rooms are not soundproof. We had very noisy neighbour in the unit beside us and the connecting door wasn’t very effective. We also had a unit that was on the ground floor that is dark and has no view of anything. A bit overpriced for what we got.

Lovely location, enjoyed the outside little deck.Enjoyed pool and hot tubs. Gardens lovely, great walks.That’s all. Restaurant very nice.

Bed needed duvet cover, inadequate towels. Carpet dirty.Minimum supplies. Toilet didn’t flush well.

We enjoyed the beautiful lookout points on the resort. Sunset near the fire tables was beyond gorgeous!

Having no AC is a big one! The room needed a lot more attention to cleaning. The shower drain was very slow going down, took a good ten mins to drain.
