- The pool was nice and front desk staff very nice didn't use pool as had to deal with stairs to our room due to broken elevator no grab bars in shower either very disappointed
- Last minute booking - it was good for the price. Only thing they could add would be air conditioning, USB charging, and more hooks / hangers.
- The room was very large
Cons -
- There was no AC and it was hot af.
- We are seniors with medical issues - Room was on 2nd floor elevator was out of service. according to guests it had been out for 10 days. Told it would be fixed in the am - we were 3 nights still broken couldn't get out much as stairs were too difficult
- We requested a wheelchair-ACCESSIBLE bathroom. The king size bed was blocking the entrance to the bathroom and was NOT acceptable. The manager was unwilling to listen to our solution. (Move the furniture) WE CANCELLED AND WENT TO ANOTHER RESORT.
