Occidental Tucancun - All Inclusive

The staff was amazing the hotel was clean along with the rooms. The food wasn't bad at all. Fresh fruit good drinks. Everything was awsome. We stayed 4nights 5 days and loved all of it.

Staff, Location & Pools. Mall right across the street. 5min bus ride to Downtown, that only cost $1USD per person.

A huge shout out to the kids club staff. Both hotel employees have done an amazing job planning daily activities such as make your own pizza, tie dying, and all kinds of games in the pool. My son enjoyed going to the kids club. Thanks ladies!

It’s a beautiful hotel

I didn’t like that there was no AC anywhere other than the room, but even in the room we were unable to adjust the temperature. Also the food choices were very Americanized. Bland food.

This is a mafia country!!! Sharks all over. Horrible airport arrival terminal without wi fi. Mafia outside controlling Taxis and transportation to hotel!!! Mexico cannot provide fare protection for tourists. The country is unorganized. I am not going back

This place is terrible. The food is disgusting. The AI choices for alcohol are limited. The elevators don't work.

2 bartenders were great. The alchohol selection was not.

Food is absolutely terrible. The all inclusive alcohol selection is not good. The elevator down button did not work. Was on floor 5 and had to go up to go down.

The facility is showing age. It needs maintenance and repair in various areas. Guest should NOT have to go to the towel stand to get a screw, bolt, or wire to hold their umbrella open. The Umbrellas should be opened for the guest by staff.

The room was accurate, the facilities were clean

The staff did not want to help in any way. They did not honor the included airport shuttle promised upon booking. They tried to charge us for towels. They would not assist with a late checkout due to a later in the day flight. They were rude toward us.

The waiter  in the International dining room. His service to us was exceptional!! He went over and above to ensure our dining experience was the absolute best! the model and example of how to serve, treat and take care of guest!

The rooms are outdated. The A/C wasn¿t working properly. The bathroom didn¿t have any exhaust or fan/ventilation system so it fogged up the room with moisture every time we showered.

Pool was ok.

The rooms look like 1970, the AC didn¿t work in our room, the food was horrible, the bar drinks were all bottom shelf and the snacks were nuts and chocolate in the room..... I give zero stars!

Room was not clean. Things had stains on it. Not enough seating in dinning room. Internet and shuttle is not free as advertised

We stayed only 4 was a worth the price. Very clean and friendly. The food was decent. The Italian restaurant food and staff were fabulous.

No steaks or chops at this place. A lot of chicken & pork very thin. The Seafood restaurant was awful. Additional $21 for lobster. It was so hot even after entering your room it seems like air conditioning was sub par.

The hallways floor and the Italian restaurant were attractive as far as looks go, there is nothing else I can say. There were a few employees that would go a little farther to please you, but not most, including mngmt., all they had were excuses.

The food was the same every day, just moved around to different dining rooms and the quality was below mediocre. In the rooms the safe was so outdated that you had to rent a padlock from the front desk. No A/C in lobby due to remodeling w/out notice.

No WI-FI. Si necesitas Internet tienes que pagar $7.00 por 1hora y para completar es solo en el área del lobby la señal es mala. Esta el la única razón para no darle un 10
