Spa closed earlier then listed on the hours open and close by a staff member per he needing closed early for some reason.

Location is perfect. The staff is always helpful, attentive, and friendly

The location was great. it's literally right on the ocean. It also has a nice outdoor area where you can hang out. They have hammocks and hanging chairs so you can relax. They also have a pool with a bar and an outside restaurant where you can grab burgers and other simple items. At night they have a couple fire pits where you can chill after a long day.They have an amazing indoor Italian restaurant inside.

It could be updated. The price was really high.

The location, the swim up bar, the pools, the hot tubs.

That I was going to be charged for parking.

The amenities of the hotel, the restaurant bar, pool area, pool bar, close to the beach, location of the hotel within walking distance of other places, we’re all great and convenient

The rooms are definitely outdated. The hotel hallways are definitely outdated. Dirty carpets. Need some new paint.

I did not get the “ocean view” room that I booked (and paid more money to have) through booking.com. I was told when I arrived that the “ocean view” room was “not what came through” to the hotel and that they had no such rooms available. When I inquired about the additional expense paid for the specific view I was looking for, I was first asked for “proof” that I in fact booked and paid for “ocean view” and when I produced that evidence through my booking.com confirmation, I was told to “take it up with booking.com.” As I was traveling alone with my 2 young children, I settled for the room they gave me. It was fine, but not clean. There were nail clippings on the pull out sofa, hair in the bathtub, and we all ended up sleeping in one of the queen-sized beds together, as the 2nd bed smelled of urine. Again, this was a one-night stay for us as I was traveling home to NJ from the Outer Banks and just needed a place to sleep - so we stayed. We enjoyed the location - browsing around the surf shop across the street, and dinner at a great restaurant up the road (Ropewalk) with a beautiful view of the sunset, some delicious food and drinks, as well as a place for the kids and I to play games and stretch our legs after many hours of driving. I would not go back to this hotel, but we will definitely revisit this area in the future.

Nice location and pleasant stay with a spotlessly clean room and amenities

The hallway to the rooms looks simple, I mean something is missing to establish the richness of all other amenities.

Absolutely Gorgeous hotel resort,Very friendly staff, the whole place was spotless from the room to the pool and hot tubs,The beach was out the front door,Very beautiful room with all the extras, extremely happy with our stay!

Nothing applies, We loved our trip!

Breakfast was great. Location is good.

Cleanliness could have been a little better. The weather could have been a little better as well. Lol
