The location was great, the staff were friendly and the restaurant food and staff were amazing.

We had booked for a queen bedroom but were put in a twin single, the pool area and pool wasn’t very clean or inviting and the kitchen area in the room was pretty much nonexistent. Also the escort lady in room 18 had clients coming in and out all day/ ni

Nothing, it was too small a room for 4 people.

I travelled with my 17yr old son to have a look around Broken Hill, stayed 2 nights. The accommodation was perfect in a twin bedroom, had everything we needed. I asked for extra blankets which they accommodated, thank you. We had a carpark outside our room. We could control the air conditioning in our room to our comfort and turn it off when it was time for bed which meant we were cosy and warm, but not over heated during the night. The Motor Inn was quiet, we could hear trucks pass on the road outside, but it didn't disturb us. The restaurant was a few meters away from our room, but we didn't hear a thing.

Wonderful room. Mix of 70’s & modern. Great beds. Loved the modern shower & stone floor. Amazingly quiet even though on main road. Very quick service from staff member.

When I first pulled up across the road I thought what a dump and wondered about driving on. PLEASE get rid of smashed sign, does you no favours!

Location was perfect. We didn't stay for breakfast. Beds are nice and comfortable, Showers nice and hot. Staff very friendly

A simple motel. Very clean with a great bed and aircon.Close to city centre, could have walked if the weather wasn’t so hot!

The location of the property for our required trip to Broken Hill is perfect. I have stayed there probably 4 times, all for the same event in town

No hot breakfast available anymore. Just a continental pack, which is not my preference. Also would have liked a box of tissues!

The fridge was so noisy we couldn’t sleep, had to turn it off. Road noise also disturbing. Taps in bathroom were wrong way around but with no indication of hot or cold. Needs a good clean.

We go to Broken Hill to visit my son and his family, the motel is in the perfect location, the staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a choice of pillows as I prefer a lower pillow not too hard and not too soft, just right.

I don't have any complaints about the motel, staff or service.

Did not have breakfast . Didn’t see many staff both those that we did we lovely . We accidentally took home 2 lots of keys and the motel were more than understanding , along with posting back some personal belongings left behind. Fantastic facility.

The only downside was the parking, accessible however very tight when there are larger vehicles. Otherwise still fantastic use of the space provided.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Being so close to the road it was very noisy with truck traffic. A week earlier we had stayed in a back room which was much different.

There was a problem with the hot water system and we had no hot water to shower with the 1st day we were there , the staff however did all they could to get the problem sorted out , even organizing a room move ,however a plumber and electrician worked hard to rectify the problem so a move to a different room wasn’t needed .

The parking in front of your room was a bit of a squeeze to maneuver through with some of the large off road vehicles that came in . But nothing major

The wifi was a bit average. It kept crashing.
