The location was great
It’s very disappointing that a 5 star hotel didn’t rectify and didn’t get compensated for a request that was made on a situation that occurred during our stay. There was a foul smell in room that resulted for my mom to get extremely sick because of a chemical smell coming from the vents. The hotel did nothing to compensate us for even trying to solution an alternative. I will be contacting Marriot

Everything about the hotel was very nice. The staff very helpful. But the parking is outragious. Expensive and confusing. I was tols the parking garage is a third party. I will not park there again. I will not stay ter again.

I stayed here 10yrs previous and loved it so much I always wanted to return, the architecture of this hotel is amazing, rooms are great with views over the city, staff are amazing too.
Far too busy with ‘college age’ kids running about in and out the building and on the landings of the rooms really noisy and was woken up twice in my 2 night stay which resulted in complaints to reception. Breakfast not included when paying $500 for 2 night stay. I guess my expectations were based on my previous visit and experience and was never met.
