The parking is easy access to the hotel.

Having to go through the smokey casino to get to the restaurants. Also, that the restaurants are not in a roll.

Clean, casino, food, staff, etc.

The room next to mine was smoking weed in a no smoking 🚭 room . I literally a candle and was charged $562.50 that has yet to be returned to me along with a $75 deposit . The staff is very rude

Loved the comfortable bed and pillows. Outback Steakhouse was great. Nice staff for check-in, security, cashier, and even in the little giftshop store.

Yes, Cafe Aquarius. We got breakfast, the French toast was barely, and I mean barely cooked. The eggs were cold to touch. Horrible breakfast.

Room is old and needs updating. Carpet old, toilet too close to paper holder and vanity.

We reserved 2 queen size beds, when we arrived we were informed that were no rooms available

The location is perfect

The room bathroom was dirty and smelled of mildew from the drain.

The shower would not drain . Smoke smell despite having non smoking room.

Food offering on sign was nonexistent

Customer service horrible and the hotel card didn’t work had to change it like 4 times

Friendly staff and overall clean/safe environment. I'm glad they kept the room simple. No beverages or extraneous items that you might have to pay extra for, if you used them. Alot of incentives to make you want to use their restaurants and facilities.

The elevators in the garage area were very noisy with the doors closing very loud banging sound. Obviously in need of maintenance. The hotel furniture is old and scuffed/scratched.

Ease of check in, view of river, dining options, fast clean elevators.

Cigarette smoking in the casino, most of pool area requires payment for seating without shade. No adult only section within swimming pool.

This hotel had very good front desk personnel. They also had great food at at great prices in the hotel which I loved.

They closed the pool and spa early due to short staffing and didn’t put up signage letting people know. Our room had a broken chair we could have injured ourselves on. The AC unit is extremely outdated and barely worked.

The staff was great and the resturants were excellent. It was a great deal and lots of fun. Trisha at the front desk helped us upgrade to a room with an awesome view of the river.

Pee on the toilet seat and the room wasn't clean. I was also charged 2 hotel fees.

our room floor was not level, tilted to the right as you walked in. very disorienting as I am 83 with balance problems.

Price but I still don't like not knowing what the cost is because of the resort fee
