The location is excellent , easy on site parking

The DECOR, it has not been updated since the 90?s , that is NO JOKE

The rooms and halls smelled of mildew water it was horrible the hotel seemed clean but due to age and building horrible smell should not be a 4 star hotel

Great location for me. Nice and quiet. Nice bedding.

Room was obviously worn. Bottom of bathroom door damaged. Some old gum stuck on the wall. Strange partially raised floor in bathroom. No ?Do Not Disturb? sign. Could not access Wi-Fi- when I opened browsers, all I got was a no access to internet message.

Very pretty older hotel

The whole building had a very strong perfume smell. The room door did not seal and allowed light from the hallway around three sides making the room unable to be dark

I checked out of this hotel on Sunday3/10/24. I may have left my rayban sunglasses in th ro#3456. I have called 6 times no contact. Richard Kistner

The staff was helpful. Checking in and out was quick and seamless. Hotel bar was nice and unexpectedly busy on a Wednesday night.

The carpet in the lobby is dated and worn. The bathrooms are very small. This is one of those top notch hotels from the 80¿s/90¿s that needs a serious facelift.

Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

AirPods went ¿missing¿. They were in an employee¿s possession ¿ and being used ¿ as evidenced by declining battery, movement , and device renamed. Combination of hotel mgmt and police, they were returned. We were reimbursed for stay, but dissatisfied

Our shower diverted was halfway broken. 3326

The rooms were nice and spacious. Very clean! They had connecting rooms booked for us. They even gave us a gift box when we checked in.

There was not anything we didn't like.

the location was nice. next door to a high end mall so close to shopping and food. the property itself looked very well taken care of. plenty of free parking, staff was kind and helpful. check in was easy.

the bathroom! we booked the junior king suite. the room was nice, but the layout made the bathroom very small. you have to squeeze next to the toilet to shut or open the door. there is very limited space to get out of the shower and no room to dry off.

This hotel was in a great location even though it was on a major freeway you did not hear it at all. Very close to downtown but not directly in the downtown corridor. We were on a family get away and the rooms were spacious enough for 4 adults for a coup.

Breakfast was not included with the room.

Old with luxury, calm, charm and comfort. Food was great! Location was close to shopping and restaurants.

Room telephone was disconnected. You need to call from your cell phone and ask to be transferred to the service, like restaurant. The restaurant should have been listed and strange since request was made immediately when arriving in the room.

TV was challenging because of finicky remote.

Location was great. Lobby was very pretty - complimentary water bottles in room was unexpected. Free WI-FI was a great bonus.

The rooms smelled horribly like bleach. Our party had 3 rooms and all 3 were so strong we got headaches. There was peeling wallpaper + patches on the wall. Groutt lines in the bathroom were black with mold. The floors were not vacuumed well.

The room was hot. When we called the desk they said that none of the rooms had their own controls It was just the whole hotel on one. I complained the next day. They said I'm sorry.

Location always excellent for Ladue and Creve Coeur. Offered free water, that¿s good.

Been here many times and this was not up to par. Had the mini refrigerator moved into the alcove by the bathroom just sitting there blocking the vanity. Could not use this area. Too tired to do anything about it at time. For $--- a night I expected
