Room, facilities. The property was worth 2 star not 4. Soap dispenser and site lamps were not working. Pictures attached. Double duvet was not available. Sorry state of affair.

The property is well placed with good access into Holstebro

The hotel rooms are tired. I expected more from a 4-star hotel. I’d say it’s overdue refurbishment.

THE ROOMS ARE VERY BASIC.SERVICE IS NOT GOOD. RECEPTIONIST WAS GREAT BUT THE REST WAS NOT GOOD.

The hotel rooms need urgent renovation. The staff are ok but the services are NOT integrated. Restaurant staff are rude but not connected to hotel.

We did not have breakfast.

The lift only went one floor up and our room was on the 2nd floor through quite a warren of corridors and stairs. we had really heavy cases so got our room changed to the 1st floor. The very nice receptionist brought us through the basement in the service lift, as the access to the front door was up about 8 steps. Also we had to ring as we went round in circles unable to find the property only to be told the Number on the email was different to the actual address.

Big party in reception area, keeping the hotel awake untill very late. No pre info on it and no staff to contact. Following contact to staff seemed quite unprofessional. A disaster when the stay was for a instructor from abroad who had to teach the next day.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Perfect location in the town center with parking.

Breakfast was lovely and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The entrance and the bar was with beautiful and comfortable furniture. The location in the town centre was brilliant. Car park in the backyard made it easy to move in.

The room was ok. The leather chairs and the mattress were worn out. There were dry blood stains on the sheet.

Not all rooms were as nice and big as others. A change in the breakfast would have been nice. Something like sports facilities would be very nice to make the hotel better.

The location is superb.The hotel is placed in an old building with atmosphere.Good and spacious rooms.

It is an old building and therefore you can hear through the walls. It is noicy!A big party was held at the hotel and the live music played until 02:15am. It was VERY loud!The hotel did unfortunately not ensure to give the noicy rooms to the party guests.

The floor of our room was slanted. Exstra beds quality were very bad. Compromising quality of sleep..

The breakfast very good - covered everything !!!Very helpful front staff - had booked wrong arrival date, but changed date, even the hotel seemed faitly busy.

I have traveled across the whole world through booking.com for the past 12 years, but I have never experienced a service and hotel standard like on this stay. Especially thanks to Laila and the owner. Laila is the most caring person I have ever met. A true star

There is nothing not to like. Quality food, fantastic service and a hotel with humanity like I never experienced before. I have approximately been on around 100 hotels through booking.com and nothing can compete with this

Door between room and entrance room could close, noise from corridor could not be reduced. Could hear people in the neighbour room.No aircondition - should included with the rate of the room

Never again!

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in the last decade. Nothing, really nothing is okay at this hotel. I understand that COVID has caused misery for many hoteliers. But when you ask almost € 400 for 3 nights, you may expect something of quality. But no, not at all. The room was filthy and everything -really everything- did not work and/or was broken (window, bed, shower faucet) and unsafe (electricity). Then the hope goes to the breakfast, but this was even more a disaster. Apart from the fact that there was little (read: almost nothing) to choice, various other products (yoghurt, milk) were also found to be out of date or rotten. Really never again, this @ # $ hotel!
