- All of the staff were kind, helpful and professional. The overalls ambiance was amazing. Beautifully decorated and I thoroughly enjoyed the Jazz tunes playing through the corridors
- The Hotel was undergoing renovations and was crisp and clean. The staff upgraded us due to a technical issue with 1st room. Easy check-in and out. Amble parking and access to Mall, Liberty, and restaurants.
- It was very unique (decor and layout). The atmosphere was nice. Since this survey limits characters, I'm adding a don't like here: The floors are all tile (no carpet) so sound travels. Loud guests in hallway until after 11:30 so we struggled to sleep.

- Bathroom layout is AWFUL¿no countertop/ place to lay/hang thing in bathroom. Towels/extra TP stored outside bathroom. Shower floor/lip too shallow¿ whole bathroom floor flooded. I make-shifted the ironing board for counter. Tile floorings = loud in room

The lobby is gorgeous! Our room was simple but functional and pretty. Breakfasts were pretty good (eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, pastries, muffins).
More staff needed to keep breakfast running smoothly.
