Pros +
- The property on inside is very nice and clean
- Very cute vibe. Loved the lobby/common areas. Room was larger than typical hotel rooms and comfortable.
- Clean, comfortable friendly
Cons -
- I’m not satisfied on how they kept the outside of their property;the parking was full of ice and snow after the snow storm. The rates continued raise even higher although their parking lots were full of ice and snow making it difficult for guests to enter and exit.I had to pay over 300$ for a wrecker to pull me out of the snow. I honestly feel the manager and the owner weren’t concerned about my issue,they made no attempt to get the ice and snow removed from their property which I paid to stay on.I feel I should be reimbursed or compensated for having to pay a wrecker to get me pulled off of their property. I have been a loyal customer up until this point.

- Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 AM when my travel nurse and leave at 6:30 so I never could take advantage of the breakfast
