Adequate self parking plus the location was easy to access from the major freeways. The room (king club) was spacious with a great bed and lovely bathroom.
Shower pressure could’ve been a bit stronger. Disappointing club lounge beverages and food (but good breakfast).

Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Main area was clean, inviting.
Pillows flat & lumpy. Bathroom door should be replaced. Difficulty in adjusting water temp in tub. Bathroom fan needs to be caulked. Carpet is worn.

Room was clean
When I checked in they said they could see my reservation but that they couldn’t check me in because they couldn’t fully see my reservation so I waited 20 minutes for them to be able to check me in and find my information on their system

Good location, decent hotel
I believe staff stole some airpods. Using find my I have traced the airpods to addresses near the hotel. Will be sharing these addresses with the hotel so they can try and locate it.

Close to galleria, so traffic was a bit bad

I liked the cleanliness and how spacious it was. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Great value hotel for the price!
