- The lady at check in upgraded our room. This was a nice surprise!

- A lot. The lightening in the room was horrible. The bar service was horrible. There was only one working elevator. The hallways had a very musty smell to them. The shower was not well kept. There was a light out in the bathroom so only one vanity light.
- Had to ask for a microwave , didn't like my food from restaurant carried through lobby , the fresh vegetables on my meal look like they were from two day prior.
