Pros +
- The bartender at the lounge, the pool staff, the food, the spa, the location.
- The natural desert setting of the property is spectacular
- Unique setting in the boulders of the desert.
Cons -
- Upon arrival the golf cart driver was very rude. The casita was in need of maintenance and had an ant problem. There were beer cans and cigarette butts on our balcony and our lotion and body wash containers were empty in our bathroom.
- The staff are not trained to provide 5 star service. The gold cart drivers in particular are casual to the point of rudeness and act like they are doing you a favor. Both pools need resurfacing.
- The staff was not friendly. Barely even communicative. We ended up being locked out of our room the first night. They had to come and drill the lock open while we stood around in the cold. The front desk didn't even offer an apology

The facilities and location were spectacular! The staff was also exemplary! We will stay again for sure.
