The cook was horrible and disrespectful in the morning for breakfast. It made the trip not worth it.

The staff was amazing. Everybody was so accommodating. There even was a virtual assistant, and we were able to request towels for the room by text message. The location was amazing.

The hotel is beautiful, such a nice and peaceful ambiance. The breakfast options were AMAZING they even had a station to order fresh eggs your way, they had happy hour at the bar every day from 5:30-7pm, they had enough parking for all guests. If you like working out, the gym doesn’t have too much equipment but it was good enough for upper body and cardio.
The temperature of the rooms was so warm, even when we tried to lower it

Our room was very clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. We always stay at Embassy Suites when we travel. I love the bedrooms separated from living space. Thank you for providing and excellent stay.

Nice location (outside of downtown) and comfortable. Happy hour and breakfast were good.
There are only two elevators and one was broken/down for the weekend. Service was slow for the breakfast.

Hotel is great for business travelers. Room was clean (mostly), and towels and linens were clean. Hot breakfast in the morning was great, and the omelet bar was very good.
The chair in the living room in my room had some "questionable" stains on it. The carpet in the room is in desperate need of a deep clean. I didn't feel comfortable walking around without socks or sandals. Only one elevator was working, so long wait time.
