Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport

Location is great. Staff was very polite and helpfull. Breakfast room was OK.

The "restaurant is misnamed. That is not a restaurant.Our toilet was in the process of tipping over as the screws holding it in place were completely rusted out.The shower door did not close completely. Only one TV remote was working, as I found out be experimentation.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very clean.

The parking prices are ridiculously high! Not only do you have to pay a flat rate of $29.99/day but there is also an added parking tax fee on top of that for $6.99/day. I have never had to pay so much for parking at any other establishment, especially being a local guest!

Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent especially the omelette station.

There was a good selection of breakfast foods. We had no problems with parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The furniture needs to be upholster, (the chair and ottoman).

Could have had coffee / tea available during the day in the lobby.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent.

Couldn’t get any hot water for my shower. I had it as hot as it could go and the water was lukewarm at best. I also asked about a late check out and they said they couldn’t do that. The latest they could let me check out was noon. I called the front desk the morning of my check out to confirm that noon was okay. They said it was fine. At 10 housekeeping knocked on my door to ask if I was leaving today. I said yes. Then at 11 they know led on my door again and asked why I was still here. I said I had a checkout time of noon. At 1130 another worker knocked on my door asking if I had a late checkout. I told them the front desk told me noon. There’s no communication between staff.

Good location close to the airport with nice views of the city from afar. Breakfast was good but busy, so get there early. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Hotel seemed understaffed, and the furniture was worn and in need of replacing soon. The curtains in our room were torn. They charge you extra for parking and had a very complicated parking system where I wasn’t allowed to unload first before parking due to the hotel needing to tow people. To be fair, there were two huge family reunions happening at the hotel on a Friday night.

It’s obviously an older property, judging from the furniture, but everything was clean, it was quiet, there were two big TVs in my room, the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices and it was a convenient location. Parking was free, but it was difficult to get in and out of the lot because of the entry gate malfunctioning.

Difficult to enter and exitthe parking lot because of the antiquated and malfunctioning gate system.
