Convenient location, plenty of parking.

Room was large and bed was comfortable
Downstairs was lovely with lights and cozy seating, but no bar, no music, no sports tv’s or anything to do there. Very disappointing. Booked a room with a view but the view was of the casino parking lot, no trash can liners in The trash cans, water pressure in the shower was low, no liner in the shower just a cheap curtain. Also, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Two of the lights did not work. I made a call to desk, but got no response. We left a night early because it was so disappointing.

The Hotel was really nice and the staff was Awesome very friendly...The location was perfect and the Casino and parking was easy to get to and from. I will stay at your hotel every time I visit St Louis and look forward to seeing you real soon.
Offer breakfast at the hotel that's about it.

The room smells really bad. No wifi for 5 days during our 7 days stay, and when the wifi is back it cannot reach the room. It’s really really bad specially when you are not from the USA and you needed wifi for communication.
The room smells really. No wifi. From the front door you will be seen from the outside because the curtain doesn’t fully cover the glass window.

The room was spacious, the river veiw.Decent rate for location. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful.
No microwave o site, some outlets didn't work. Bar in the lobby wasn't open.No breakfast.

The location was great!!! Very close to venue
No microwave on site!! No vending machines. Also was charged $15 extra dollars to check in at 3pm instead of 4pm

Downtown location. Free parking
Additional charge for being a resort fee which we were not told about when we asked about the price. Only when we went to book in were we told that this was to be added on. Breakfast not included. Places to eat at the casino but half not open. I had pre booked for 3 but towels etc only provided for 2 and given that this was a high end hotel I would have expected them to add the extra towels and coffee cups
