HoteLumière at the Arch Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Excellent location for getting around downtown and seeing sites.

No bar or restaurant actually in the hotel. Had to go to casino or neighboring hotel.

Totally misrepresentation of this hotel. Said it was a Four Star......maybe 20 years ago. Smelled. Old outdated rooms......has nothing......just good location. Highly UN recommended

YES, signage in the bathroom said housekeeping was available but we were told they didn’t have enough staff to do that. I asked for the room rate to be reduced and they refused even though they could have removed the TWO ADDITIONAL FEES they charged us.

Within walking distance of the Horshoe casino, via the sky bridge connecting this hotel to the Horseshoe

No microwave and no wash clothes

Nothing besides the hotel being conveniently located near Downtown St. Louis

I hated everything about my experience. A dirty room that smelled like smoke. I was given a room with tape all over the ceiling & an iron without an iron board. All of my housekeeping needs were completely ignored by the hotel staff.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Took almost an hour to get checked in and then I still didn’t get a room key until the next morning. The lady that checked me in was amazing and went above and beyond to help me, it was out of her control for sure.

Nothing really

They charge a resort fee, no pool, no hot tub, no bar or restaurant. What makes them think this is a resort? Because they have a walkway over the street to a casino? I could just walk across the street!! The hotel is dated terribly and needs an update.

The front desk attendant was probably the most hateful customer service ref I have ever seen. Our room had a water leak of some sort that made the carpet super wet, that we didn?t realize until it was super late, and was not accommodating.

No wifi, dirty elevator, dirty hallways, dirty shower curtains, rude staff

The security

I was charged an extra $15 for checking in 30 minutes early. They charge for using the telephone in the room.

It was right next to our family function.

Blood stains on the bed sheets and bath towels. I can?t say the room was cleaned properly. Room wasn?t event ready for early check in. Disappointing experience.

No food options inside the hotel, not even continental breakfast or coffee stations other than the coffee in the room. Food options listed with hotel were not in the hotel

The staff was not at all friendly, not a "hello" not a "good morning" and barely any eye contact. They all looked miserable

It was near casino.

Very small bathroom. Hair dryer broken. Lamps not plugged in. No breakfast available.

One if the 2 rooms had not been cleaned upon checking in, had to haggle a bit to get things corrected

It?s in a safe secure location and close to arch and it was nice having Starbucks across sky bridge

No pool available even thought it?s listed, the lobby elevator was broken, our room smelt like smoke, bathroom really small, the wifi didn't work we tried to call down and ask and they said it might be because you are in the room.
