Review summary
The hotel is praised for its clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms with cozy beds and a pleasant atmosphere, making it suitable for both adults and children. Guests appreciate the excellent location, close to metro, stores, and restaurants, as well as the friendly and helpful staff and outstanding breakfast quality. While parking is not free and the removal of the pool and jacuzzi was a downside for some, overall the hotel offers great amenities and a positive experience.

I liked the hotel itself. The rooms where clean & roomy. They had a safe there in case you needed to lock your valuable items up. A mini refrigerator was there to store your items. The lamps in the bedroom had USB plugs in case you didn't have a wall charger. The room needs better lighting. Other than that the room was great!
Parking! You have to pay $50 to park a day!! This is ridiculous. This is the first time that I stayed at Embassy Suites & I had to pay to park. I guarantee you guys will lose a lot business because of this. When I stayed at other Embassy Suites I didn't have to pay to park.

This was a very nice hotel. Good location, close to metro, nice area, comfortable rooms, and breakfast included. Mario answered the many questions I had about the property and surrounding area. Definitely would recommend.

We were here with the kids and the whole family, and it was perfect for everyone. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, making it comfortable for both adults and children. The highlight, however, was the breakfast – absolutely delicious!
The parking lot was a bit small (tiny).

I’ve stayed more than once. I love that they have a shuttle to the airport. Staff is helpful. Room is relatively comfortable.
No TV guide. Parking isn’t free

The location of this hotel is fantastic and we've always had a great experience with their staff the quality of their food and the breakfast is outstanding.
We had the bad luck of having people above us that were screaming and jumping until midnight when I finally called the front desk. But the worst part was there is a vent in the hallway of our room that was a direct connection to that room up above I literally recorded these children screaming their whole conversations the woman screaming at them you could hear every single word this needs to be fixed

The location and access to local attractions is nice. Breakfast was decent.
This was our 3rd stay at this property and it will be our last. From check in to check out was a hassle. We were charged for our registered service animal and we had never been before. Brian at the front desk treats everyone like he is doing them a favor simply for speaking to them. The pantry item prices are priced exorbitantly and the staff hates to ring it up therefore adding it to your room, which at check out makes your bill a mess. The room smelled of mildew and the feels wet. The toilet barely flushed and was nearly on the floor. Much too low for the average adult. Check out day, housekeeping let themselves into the room around 8am without knocking, making for an uncomfortable morning coffee. Star on top being when we got home, receiving a call from our bank saying that at 3am an unauthorized charge was made to our card - after we checked out. After being passed around on the phone for over 10 minutes, we ended up with Brian again who decided he didn’t have time for us and told me to contact my bank. Absolutely awful customer service.

The hotel is beautiful and the layout is amazing. Near great shops and eateries.
Stood in the lobby waiting to be checked-in while two ladies talked. They may have changed shifts but no one acknowledged me standing there until I eased up after seeing the lady (far left facing the desk) take a guess who just walked up. I wasn’t sure of how or what protocol was in place. One lady was helping a guess (far right) so I waited back for privacy. The lady who checked me in was not as friendly but I just brushed it off. Room was dirty (drink in the refrigerator. Makeup on the switch in the bathroom.) I love this hotel previous and my husband was excited to come back but it was ok. Not what we were used to.
