The location was nice and peaceful and convenient to the locations I had to travel daily. The breakfast was miraculous as well as happy hour!!!!
The noise level. There were several groups that were really loud. After 10 pm children were running like herds of cattle. The pool was extremely packed and extremely toooo loud with children screaming. I understand it’s a pool and kids should enjoy but maintaining your children is very important.!

Good hotel but a little pricey and $20 a day for parking. Rooms are decent and clean. One problem I encountered was that the shower was slow draining. Anytime someone had to take a shower, there was standing water in the tub. I didn't bother to tell them about it until after I left. Was ready to checkout and didn't want the hassle. The restaurant inside the hotel has great food. The complimentary breakfast was average, but they did have an omelet station. I would stay again but at the downtown location and see if I come get a better deal booking further in advance. Also, book through Hilton and not a 3rd party. I couldn't get anything comped because I didn't use Hilton to book it

Good location
Asked housekeeping numerous times for two towels and two washcloths and one roll of toilet paper. Housekeeping never serviced the room or provided the supplies that was asked for. Had to go downstairs when arrived at 10pm after being out most of the day, only to get bath mats to use as towels as housekeeping was out of towels and wash clothes and finally got a roll of toilet paper.

Free breakfast. Spacious rooms
Not safe. Lack of security. Sheets were dirty. 19 cars were broken into. Don’t understand why there is a parking fee when there is no protection. “Park at your own risk”
