The elevator is super cool

Comfortable bed, modern room and bathroom, with small balcony, and very convenient to the beach, 2 blocks. Plus restaurants, cafes, ice cream and waffles shop. Hotel has a small parking lot with reservation. Friendly hotel staff and reception. Full American breakfast buffet. Elevators. Will return!

Really don’t have a view of the ocean like the description implied! You have to go out on the balcony and look ahead in the distance to see the ocean. However, quick walk to the ocean!

Location was good. The triple room was big and confortable with a nice terrace

Everything was perfect. The hotel is close to the train station and to the beach (1 minute). The room looks super new, very clean. They give 2 free 0.5l bottle water. Also there is a kettle and coffe in the room. The view from the balcony to the sea it is amazing. Definetly worth the money.

The great quality place hotel , room service , nice atmosphere and service of reception . Room has all that he needs for a good rest . Parking outside during The Weeknd is free , very convenient .

Shower over bath - but we knew that’s what it was!

Good location, very clean and comfortable room, we really enjoyed our stay.

It was really clean. There was a kettle and cups in the room, so you can have your morning or evening tea at the balcony. The location is stunning, it’s just a couple of minutes to the sea and the restaurants.

The room is extremely small. The wardrobe is not functional at all, takes a lot of space but you can’t put much in it.

Hotel in good location for beach, station and the town.

Had a problem with tv in the room, and the gentleman on reception was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. The tv got stuck on one channel and could not change the channel, reduce volume, or turn off. He gave me new batteries for the controller, but that didn't help. I then went out for the evening and left with tv on. When i returned, the tv was still on. Said I couldn't sleep in a room with tv on all night and asked to change the room but was told the hotel was full. Reluctantly, he came and had a look, and he too could not make it work. As the electrical supply was behind built in unit all he could do was to remove the ariel. This stopped the picture and sound, but the screen still had a light glow, so I hung a towel over it. Was there for two nights, and the problem was not resolved. Also the lead on the hairdryer was very heavy so plug wouldn't stay in socket when you used it.

Location was amazing. Near restaurants, beach and most importantly train station. Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not have it included with our room package. However, we really enjoyed a small balcony where we would have our breakfast in the morning. It was great. Staff were great and helpful. Overall, very satisfied.

I guess the only issue was the pricing. However, this booking was made not far in advance and due to peak season. Other than that it was all good.

The location was the only good point this hotel had.

Staff did not deal professionally with an issue we had with room. Asked for a change in sheets due to been bitten badly and had to do the change myself. Staff not professional after our complaint. Worst hotel experience we ever entailed.

The hotel is a block and a half from the beach and two blocks from the main street with restaurants and clubs.The staff at the front desk were friendly. The service was good. The staff tried to attend to our needs and made us feel at home.Juan-Les-Pins is not as busy as Antibes. We were happy we stayed there. The hotel had parking, free WiFi and a luggage storage area.

There was no air conditioning!!!! A very slight breeze came out of the vents. It was 33 degrees. We couldn't sleep. We woke up sweating. We complained several times as did other guests and they promised to fix it, but never did. It had a huge impact on our holiday. The hotel had parking, but it was very tight and we could never get the gate to work, so someone always had to open it. Check out is 11am and if you overstay by just a few minutes, they will threaten you with a fine.
