Location was great, food was top notch in the restaurant. Highly recommend the food. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and polite. Room was comfortable and clean.

Could hear the Saturday night revellers go by but they moved on.

The location is excellent. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The parking is a big advantage as is the excellent restaurant.

The two most amazing things about this hotel are its location and its restaurant. It is located steps away from the heart of town, from the castle and other historic sights, and from the university. Its restaurant is outstanding! Superb! The rooms are comfortable. The staff is lovely. A homey environment with a world-class restaurant.

The bedroom - although cleverly designed - was very small; one side of the bed was flush with the wall; would have been too small for a couple; not enough power points and nowhere really to put away clothes except for hangers.Car parking space was very tight to move into - although I was very grateful that I had a space.Cleaning staff seemed anxious to get into my room in the mornings although I had pout the do not disturb sign out on the door handle.

Well locatet in the city. Nice and friendly personal. Nice, clean and very calm rooms.

Very tight place for parking if you use a bigger car and the other places are occupied.

Nice room very quiet with all the expected features.The hotel has limited parking however the plus is that it is in the midde of the city.The resturant was busy but excellent.

Room was clean - but feels a bit dated and in need of renovations. Electric plugs were positioned lower below the side bed table and thankfully I had long leads to power up my devices. Internet drops when you are not using your devices which means you need to log in each time. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food and service were excellent

The beds were not very comfortable - I was given a twin bed room. it just feels that the bed room product needs renovations with specific investment of better and comfortable beds.

This is a nice hotel in a perfect location, close to the historic city centre. The staff are very friendly and professional.A clean room with all the necessary amenities and a good level of comfort.Perfect breakfast!

There was no window regulator. This caused some discomfort, since the room was on the ground floor.

The person at the reception was very welcoming and super friendly! The hotel is located right in the centre of town, and the spa was a nice way to relax and warm up in rainy Caen. We'll have to come back to try the restaurant next time

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and quiet.

We were really looking forward to going in the jacuzzi and pool but there were three of us and we would have to pay 60e!! Also we had to eat our stale breakfast in the bar rather than the breakfast room. Finally we had to pay for parking.

The meal in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast buffet was more than we needed. We had parking and found the place quite easily.

The swimming pool in the spa was smaller than hoped and came at an extra charge, so we decided not to swim after all. It was harder to find our way back out of the city from the hotel than to find our way in!

Great little hotel. Central location, lovely staff, nice whiskey collection in the bar, the spa is cool too definitely worth a visit. I would stay here again.

Check in was very easy and the staff very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to everything in town and the Caen Museums / castle.

The room was very, very hot with no airflow or fans / air con provided. This really affected our sleep at night. Also, you have to pay additional fees to park at the hotel.

The room we had was nothing like the pictures we saw on the site; it was worn and long overdue for new decoration. The shower leaked all over the place as it had no door. I was glad we were only there for one night and would not return.

Hotel is in a good location, close to the centre of Caen. Easily able to walk to all attractions in the city.

We were fortunate with parking but at busy times the car park would be insufficient for the number of rooms.Breakfast was not exceptional. Lack of varietyUnfortunately the restaurant was closed, therefore we were not able to try.

Parking. This hotel has very little parking spaces. I spent 1 hour driving around to find parking on the street.
