The location to Concert and Sports Venues are amazing

It’s not anything special for the price- the rooms are small, the bed was not comfortable, and the person before us set their alarm that woke us up at 6am. Bistro staff are not friendly.

The room was clean and spacious and staff was very friendly and helpful. Far exceeded my expectations

The TV kept turning off every few minutes and we couldn't figure out how to keep it on. The pillows were uncomfortable. Parking is $20 per day and the pass to get out didn't work for us and another car so we got stuck in the lot until we could get help.

Beautiful, clean, modern and pet friendly, with great amenities.

Wish they had a free shuttle to and from the Wells Fargo Center. Also the pet fee is crazy high. Aloft charges $0, and so does Kimpton. Why $50?? That is a rip off, especially for those who have small non shedding pets who do no damage.

The room and location were perfect. Clean, bright, well maintained property is much appreciated.

It is in the Navy Yard. Not a convenient location for someone to stay if they want to be closer to the airport. Also construction and road blocks could make it even more challenging. Please don't charge $20 for parking. Remove the sign. It's demeaning.

ROACH in the bathroom. Noisy UV light contraption that is apparently not safe to look at left in the room prior to our arrival. TV remote didn’t work, bathroom didn’t have a fan, room was at the end of a very long hallway across from stairs.

The room was very clean.

Charged $25 for parking and was not told about a parking fee at check-in.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful.

Finding the hotel in the Navy yard was a little confusing but the hotel was great!

what i did not like is im in room 415 with my girl an my 8yr old son an a group of people were use there key to unlock my door thank god i was standing next to the door nobdy should have been able to come in our room with there key so i will not be stayin

We were attending a concert at Lincoln Financial Field so the hotel location was great.

There is limited parking in the hotel lot. When we checked in around 3 pm, I paid $15 for a parking pass. We left for dinner&the concert at 4:30. When we returned to the hotel at 12:30 am, the lot was full&we had to park on the street. $15 wasted.

Friendly staff. The area around the hotel is very nice. Clean rooms, comfy beds.

Only gripe is that the navy yard gate is closed after 9pm and I had to tell the guard where I was staying to get through.

Staff, room, cleanliness, ambiance.

It took some time to find access to the hotel as some of the roads were blocked by barricades.

Loved the friendliness of staff and so enjoyed having a nice breakfast selection everyday. Great place! Most if all, the bed and the pillows were so comfortable!

For an recommended airport area hotel, the location was poor for quick airport access.
