- Staff very friendly/ rooms very clean
- The staff were exceptional
- It's nice you don't need to call and wait for a hotel shuttle as there is a pedestrian bridge between the international terminal/terminal 3 and the hotel. This also gives you a bit more time to relax in your room before heading back to the airport.
Cons -
- Been told @ check in breakfast @ 4am end @ 1030, after giving my room # to host and start eating host came back and said you have to pay for the breakfast and the amount 1200 Egyptian pound per person, they didn?t transferred to my check but collected@
- Putting me in a handicap room at check in
- Some staff were visibly annoyed because we came late for breakfast. We did not need any service other than utensils because food was available, but they needed to tell us. Extra taxes at checkout for our meal were exorbitant. Not on original receipt.
