The staff were extremely polite (always smiling) and helpful with questions or needs. The property is close to the airport, downtown and other desirable locations. We were able to walk to most areas. Ride app is very responsive for further locations.
The rooms for two women, who bring lots of clothes and hygiene supplies will find there is not nearly enough space. The beds are comfortable and the layout is good, just needs more drawer or hanging space.

The location is good. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The on-site restaurant's Brazilian buffet is delicious. My kids love it.
The only complain is that the light is the room is not comfortable. The lighting is too dark with the curtain down and too bright with curtain lifted.

Good location and clean rooms. Gym equipment was high quality.
We booked to use the pool but it was out of order and we had to use the facilities across the road.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to get in and out of. It was very clean and the staff were exceptional. It was also across the street from a lovely park with lots of things to do which made it a bonus.
In order to turn the bathroom light on, all lights in the hotel room had to go on. This was odd and made for a dark trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The only other issue was the air conditioning. No matter what temperature you had it set at, it was either freezing in the room or ridiculously hot.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were comfortable. It has a great gym, live music and great restaurant.
the neighborhood is still developing but there are good options for restaurants within a short walk . They charged for some expenses that did not correspond but solve the issue right away without inconveniences.

Location was great. Staff was very helpful in directions.
Did not have a free breakfast. No breakfast meal. Had to buy items and heat them up.
