- The window looks out on a hallway. Light pours in all night. The staff was rude and not knowledgable. The parking is $30 day but they don't tell you that. Room service was confused and didn't get my order online. Several outlets were broken.
- TV didn't work, cold water in sink didn't work half the time & outlet for hair dryer needed to be fixed.
- I booked with the expectation that breakfast was included and it turned out that it was pick something at the Starbucks coffee counter
