  • I didn't like anything about this hotel.

Cons -

  • We booked one day in advance but when we get there we were told they had no room for us .They didn’t even offer to accommodate us at another Hilton. People at front desk were very rude.
  • No microwave, the staff treated the children poorly. Very rude and unacceptable. The elevators were broken, and the trash was overflowing everywhere in the parking deck and in the hotels.
  • The window looks out on a hallway. Light pours in all night. The staff was rude and not knowledgable. The parking is $30 day but they don't tell you that. Room service was confused and didn't get my order online. Several outlets were broken.

Rooms were clean

Checking out

I didn't like anything about this hotel.

The window looks out on a hallway. Light pours in all night. The staff was rude and not knowledgable. The parking is $30 day but they don't tell you that. Room service was confused and didn't get my order online. Several outlets were broken.

Location and access to the metro

TV didn't work, cold water in sink didn't work half the time & outlet for hair dryer needed to be fixed.
