- The animals are a great bonus. The s'more were fun.
- Accommodating, brought items left at home to the room in a timely manner. Breakfast buffet was great.

Cons -
- charged me twice to exit the facility. charged me at checkout and had to pay at the gate to exit. didn't like that at all. everything was very costly!!
- It was all fantastic but sad that the slide was not working
- Unexpected $40 "resort fee" at checkout.
