Excellent location and beautiful hotel.
Windows were wet on the inside, lots of humidity witch can lead to mould. Very cold in the breakfast area.

Great central location.
Shower did not work upon arrival. Matter had to again be brought to staff’s attention six hour later. It was then quickly resolved.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. I found all staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great. I was able to walk to every thing I wanted to see
The shower annoyed me because it didn’t move, although you could use it as a hand-held.

The room was very clean. We stayed in room 108. The bed was very comfortable, everything worked as it should! The shower was AMAZING!! the room was spacious & every staff i encountered was very nice and helpful.
They didn't have a microwave in the room, but they had one in the lobby so that was good & if I had a complaint it would be the lighting in the bathroom could be better. Oh yeah and no swimming pool.

The location is perfect. Broadway is an easy walk away, far enough to be nice and quiet. It's an up hill walk back to the hotel from Broadway, but still not horrific!
Staff were not very engaging and the corridors we found quite dark, in need of brightening. The rooms were pleasant enough but lack of restocking of paper cups/stirrers etc.

Location is great, facilities are great and the personnel is friendly.
Whatever you do, do not take room 905. There is a technical room with some heavy equipment behind the wall and when it starts at night it is very loud. To that point that sleeping is difficult. Also, note that they only have a valet parking which is $60 and IS NOT included in the room rate.

great location
my room's air was horrible! I called down to front desk multiple times. they came up changed the filter because it was filthy. still did not fix problem. called back they said they would send someone up. nothing was ever fixed. nothing worse than a hot room

Great location if you want to be downtown. Excellent service by all staff. I was there for a conference and the food was really good
It's expensive and the bed wasn't that comfortable especially for the price. Not that many amenities either
