Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was adequate.
Beds were awful, room showed its age, cleaning staff missed a few items.

The breakfast was very nice; the staff was amazing. The location was perfect for our outing.
The beds were touted as QUEEN and they are NOT, these beds could barely be called FULL size. Also, the pillows were toddler sized. I did not get any sleep at all it was very uncomfortable. If you sell a bed as a queen size it better be a queen size.

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean.
The pools and jacuzzis wasnt working and that was one of our main reasons for going for relaxation. The light dinner meal needs to be changed because the last few times ive been there is the same thing every Saturday.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Location was good.
Our room was on the 2nd floor above the eating area and we were woke up early by all the voices getting breakfast. It was so loud that I could clearly hear conversations being had and couldn’t fall back asleep.

We loved everything about the hotel. 3 restaurants are right there. Other awesome options are nearby. They have a great free breakfast. Evening drinks and snacks. Close to PNC Music Pavilion. The pool is indoor/outdoor. The beds were super comfy. We loved it and will book again next time we visit the area.

The staff were the best! The ladies at the front desk made check-in easy and quick. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was clean and comfortable. Excellent hotel!
