Do not trust the pictures the hotel is dirty and run down and many rooms are closed. We slept on top of the sheets.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beach was very nice.

Good location and a beautiful, well-maintained area.

The room needs renovation. Water from the shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor.

Staff exceptional. Specially reception and restaurant staff. The quality of the cooking was really good.

Rooms were old and there was no chairs/table in the room

The staff were amazing friendly.Very impressed especially in the breakfast room. I wish can remember their names.The receptionist, I think her name was Alisa, always smiling helpfully and very polite.

Food was not very tasty

There is nothing to like on this property. It's very very old, maintenance is not happening, smell is horrible, everything is falling into pieces, beach is a joke and it's an all inclusive hotel but then only breakfast was included and needed to pay extra.

Many things. There was even dirty or vomited on the pool that stayed there for 2 days at least I'd not more. I would never recommend this unit. The only interesting thing was the hamaca on the room.

The kids area is simple but great for toddlers. Meals were wonderful with a great buffet, with some vegan and vegetarian options.

We didn’t receive any orientation about the resort and didn’t know there was a kids club until we had been there for hours because it’s in an unmarked building. It would be helpful if they see a family checking in with kids to let them know the location and hours of operation of the kids club. Also, the day we arrived there were about 100 students visiting on a school trip with day passes. It was so chaotic and loud and really disrupted our first day there! The next day there were no day visitors and it was much more peaceful.

Food and drinks were good, staff was nice, pool was good too.

Beach is not really accesible, kid's club can be better, at least with AC and the slide working...

Not much hot water. It is an all inclusive resort but they will up charge you when you get there.

The drinks were watered down. The soda was flatThe electricity was down and they told us it would come back at a certain time and nothing.

Food was fine. Beds excellent.

The bathroom needs a safety bar in bathtub.

Beach is very small. Kids corner is empty. There was nothing to do there. And staff doesn't speak english. Bathroom was old. The hotel is pretty far and the road to get there is sooo bad.

the weather didn help us at wedding garden facilities, wasnt problem with the hotel or its people.

The quality of the food is bad and because it is an all inclusive there are no other options.

Authentic Mexican environment, delicious traditional Yucatán food, excellent service from all the lovely staff. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it. The view from the room was amazing and it had a hammock! It is 25 mins away from progresso and 10 mins away from the archeological site.

The road before the entrance is unpaved (around 200 metres) so you need to go really slow.
