Location to the parks

Beds were horrible, the hallways were hott. The elevators didnt work well. They were slow moving with so many people. The breakfast food offered was horrible. The juice cuts where bathroom cups which was dumb.

Low flow toilets are horrible. Clog with just toilet paper. Doesn’t save water when you have to flush it 15x. Had to have maintenance come 2x in 2days. Beds are comfortable but floors are nasty.

Location, staff were kind.

There was a roach....on the table under the TV., TV and internet connection was not working, Carpet was not cleaned, with some kind of crumbs here and there, Toilet/bathroom was too small, hair dryer was not working, Fan was too noisy, no body lotion.

The night time worker was very negligent to our needs and our tv didn't work the first two nights even asking several times to get it fixed. Our trash was not taken out and our towels were not replaced and our room was not cleaned until we asked for it

It was pretty good, had a nice front desk. Very helpful and patient. Room was clean, and big .

Hotel WiFi sucked wasn’t connecting. But rlly wasn’t a big deal

The front desk agent was nice and polite.

The elevator smelled like weed and syrup. Upon arrival our hotel bathroom was flooded and was put in another room. The hotel had 2 towels and wash clothes. I went to the front desk and they didn’t have any extra until housekeeping was available. Etc.…

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and green space for the dogs. Pet fee was $130 total for 2 nights, 2 dogs.

Would have preferred to take the stairs when elevators were busy but the staircases are not lit, very dark. There is no shuttle to Busch Gardens or Water Country but Busch Gardens lists this hotel as a preferred partner with free shuttle .

The room had issue which were tv, electrical lighting and shower flooding bathroom. Staff tried to fix all but was not able to fix the shower issue

Breakfast was not good. Egg were too wet sausage were burnt and homefries were as if they been done days ago. Not to mention the Juice machine didn't work and the fridge for the milks wouldn't close right. Then 1st fl had fishy smell in the am! Both days

Breakfast buffet was very good and an added value.

The pillows were like sleeping on a rock. I ended up rolling up a couple beach towels and using them as pillows as it was much softer.

Price

Breakfast was terrible. Very limited options that tasted plastic. Room musty, everything was dingy.

We?ve stayed at this hotel before because the location is great. Close to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg and restaurants

The toilet kept running. There were no shelves in the shower to put things on. The sink was leaking. We told the staff but no one came to fix it. There were no hangers or place to hang towels. No hair dryer in the room and the breakfast was terrible.

Friendly staff, clean rooms

Our room was missing some basics you expect at any hotel: hair dryer, coat hangers, iron & ironing board, sufficient lighting, working USB charge ports, shelves in the bathroom area for shampoo etc.

Unclean sheets, black mold, & rat infestation

Very dirty mouse-dropping and roaches TV was vTV was very old toilet bowl tank was attached to the wall

Location

The hotel was under construction and they didn't put out a statement. The ice machines didn't work. The pool was not in working. The breakfast was terrible, eggs were cooked wrong, pancakes were undercooked

Checking out

Mold everywhere stains on everything and i couldn?t get my money back after being there for 5min

Broken toilet, moldy shower, dirty surfaces, worst pillows on earth, TV didn?t work, breakfast was disgusting, and halls smell terrible.

I didn't like the 50$ deposit for the room that I wasn't aware of at check-in and I still haven't received the money back!!

Male Employee felt confident enough to use keycard & walk into room occupied by female while hotel staff protected employee from guest interrogation instead
