I really would like my money back. I tried to get my money back or moved to another hotel and they said I had to go to booking.com then when I went to booking.com you guys said I had to talk to the front desk. This is not a five-star hotel. To give you an example I stayed at seven Palms that is a five star hotel. It’s very deceiving of you guys to give that a five stars. That’s not what I should’ve paid for and that is not a five star hotel two star at best.

The coffee machine was broke. The place was dirty. The AC didn’t work well throughout the hotel. Again, far from a five star hotel.

Breakfast was outstanding and staff throughout the hotel was accommodating and pleasant. Hotel was clean and the room was great.

My partner and I had a couples massage and we were extremely disappointed. The one staff member who provided my massage was rude and very un-inviting. At the beginning of my massage I even asked if there was an issue because I felt as though I was a huge inconvenience for her to have to give me a massage. For the price point this should have been a pleasant relaxing experience which was not provided at all.Before and after the massage we were not provided with any direction or guidance. Typically staff will give you a tour of the facility and post massage provide you with water or tea which was never offered. Before this experience we had a couples massage at a hotel in Mallorca so we had a good reference point to compare this experience too. Overall very disappointed in the spa experience.

This has been by far one of my best stays in Ibiza. The staff is so friendly, hotel is impeccably clean, food is great, rooms are spacious, the beach is so beautiful. The spa, the gym!!!!

Everything was exceptional

For breakfast the only beverage they have was Orange juice and water. I had to tell them I'm allergic and request if they had Apple Juice for them to actually provide.

Overall my experience was excellent. The buffet was clean, tasty, and extensive. The ala carte restaurants produced creative and delicious food. The bedroom was very well-equipped and comfortable. Everyone we encountered from the staff was eager to help.

This resort suffers from a common problem: poolside lounge chairs all get claimed in the morning and the "owners" are never there to enjoy them. A better system for rotating chairs would go a long way.Another minor comment: I wished there was a "master switch" by the bedroom door to easily turn off all of the lights.

We had such a great stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The buffet was amazing and so were the two restaurants. Already ready to come back!

I had a great experience with TRS signature package dining included room was great and pool areas were amazing. It was definitely worth the price

Everything about this hotel is worth every penny, the food is amazing the staff are amazing!! Javi & Joel were superb with the poolside service kept the drinks flowing all day every day

The highlights of the property were pools, gym, and breakfast has a lot of options.

The hotel is advertised online as "luxury" and 5 starts, and it's not. It's another all inclusive hotel in Ibiza, and there's nothing wrong with that if this is what you're looking for. It wasn't my case so it was a negative surprise. The room was quite small, bathroom was incredibly small, the spa was really basic and small as well. The restaurants are okay.

Food was only warm, never hot.Drinks selection for my husband not great as he only drinks cider. Wasn't impressed with the lager. I on the other hand was quite happy with the drinks as I love cocktails and spirits ?

The attention to detail!This was a birthday stay and they made it extra special with balloons, champagne and snacks. They also delivered chocolates and birthday card to our door.It was very special.

The staffing is amazing ! The hotel serves breakfast lunch and dinner, the restaurants have a large variety in dishes everything I tried was delicious.

main bar is open till 01:00am seeing that it is an adult only hotel I was expecting/hoping the bar to be open a bit longer and there isn’t any activities that u can do onsite, the pools were freezing cold! Almost no one got in the pool. Therefore not a location to stay in all day n night.
